Sadly, this has been about hurt feelings and eating cum for a long time now, any semblance of justice in this retarded situation has been out of the picture since Nick Rekieta got let off with a slap on the wrist.
I am still waiting for the "Nick illegally accessed my private data" story to actually go somewhere.
Aaron is in the position to actually ruin Nick using this, if the investigation was ever real and produced results.

And if he has ANY leverage there, he should absolutely push for criminal charges and piggyback a civil case on it.
I fully expect him to get his TRO through against both Nick and Melton, since they have both actively harassed and blatantly violated court orders, which cannot be good for Nick's suspended sentence.

Aaron should become just as vindictive and set out to ruin lives as Nick has been, because that would be peak entertainment for everyone here and I want to see Nick's live ruined more than he managed himself so far.

Nick I'm bored. Spin up the stream and berate your children while taking numerous breaks and coming back disoriented and with a much deeper voice.

In turn I'll agree that I perhaps have something like hindsight because I only started reading during the whole "Guys I'm totally not at a swingers' club but I'll keep dropping clues that I am" arc so for me he was always at best a shifty drunk who then became a spiteful lunatic, so it's probably unfair for me to assume it was obvious for everyone else.
I am actually happy you made the post you did. I suppose I could have been offended by it, but it actually proved the point I had just made: That people that started following Nick within the last few years are gonna have difficulty comprehending why Vic, and his supporters here, once expressed faith in, and support of, Nick and Ty. They didn't experience the stark decline Nick went through over the span of the past six years (2019-now). Nick even physically looks way worse from the way he did in 2019. There's pictures in the OP.

And all of that will, sadly, be at the expense of Vic, and his legacy. I think that's shitty. None of this is Vic's fault.

Understand, I don't think it's your fault either. It's ultimately Nick's. None of this would be an issue, and Vic wouldn't have to suffer even further indignity, if Nick weren't such a gargantuan piece of shit who somehow manages to look worse and worse as time goes on.

Not to continue the diversion into long past history, but Ty himself got a lot of credit as a competent lawyer and respectable and principled person himself. He wisely disappeared from the Internet, unlike Nick, so I wonder what skeletons he might have had.

Was he as bad a con as Nick, or just stupid?
I have my suspicions but, without more, I think the only thing you can really definitively pin on Tyrone Percy Beard is that he was grossly incompetent.

Its sad that he never filed complaints with the bar about every single lawyer involved in this clusterfuck, who "advised" him.
Vic is way too nice of a guy. It's another reason why that whole situation is so fucking sad.

Even LawTwitter (#KickVic allied) told Vic he may have had a pretty decent malpractice suit there.

EDIT: Typo.

I’ve never been a jail bird before but wouldn’t just getting it over and done with be better? Rather than having it hang over your head for weeks on end?
For 8 days it makes sense to do it at all at once, bit I also understand not doing it all.

I've had clients do it on installments because they'll lose their job and then lose their house, ruin their family, etc.

If A—A—Ron had a real job, like blue collar manufacturing or something that required 4-10s or 5-8s a week, do you think the request would have been accommodated?
One would like to think so since jailing someone and then making them lose their job fuels a cycle of bad shit that will inevitably follow from loss of work.

In retrospect, "LawTube" turned out to be even worse than "Law Twitter," with Rekieta-ism having been a metastasizing cancer on it.
If it hadn't been for LawTube I would never have played TrainSim6 for 250 people and then realized....the game is pretty fun.

You've got to hand it to Geno Bisconte, he is a unique anomaly in US law in that he has successfully sent a defendant to prison three times without even being a plaintiff, victim, cross-examined witness or named co-conspirator.
Null is going to have to have a gladiatorial fight to the death with him to prove who is the true unmoved mover.

*Taps the sign*
Aaron's like the fourth or fifth guy Geno has been accessory to, to land someone in jail. This will be the third time Geno has helped Aaron go to jail (all for the same issue, but via different acts). Troubles follow in Geno's wake, a stench not dissimilar to the one one that follows April.
I didn't realize Geno was like that . This makes me think Aaron is way stupider than I ever thought he was, I thought a lot of that was an act.

Even the fucking appeals court opinion upholding Chupp's gibberish was basically a roadmap for a malpractice case.

Remember Nick's early mask-off moment where he excoriated Vic for being too nice?

He actually had a point. Vic is not a vindictive person. If he were, he could have gouged out a pound of flesh from both of those weaselly cocksuckers. He has a long history of trusting people completely unworthy of trust.

He thought the best of people who had the worst of intents.

It's quite a feat to accomplish. Only Nick Fuentes has managed it before Geno.

Geno's got a long line of just being on the other side of the law, and also running his mouth (including to the law).

He famously got into a spat with Pat Dixon, in part because I think Geno did a comedy set with Pat's ex... which ended with Pat sucker punching Geno and breaking Geno's jaw. TBH I can't remember if Pat got much more than the booking for jail time, but there's s decent line of similar incidents around Geno that we know about. Probably a lot more we don't.

Nothing personal bro, but the puzzle piece automatically gets awarded when the post is about trains. Foam on, bro, foam on.

No, the Toe is mostly fucking retarded. It took Nick either stashing or losing the coke bullet in Aaron's couch for Ayy Ayy Ron to go "Hold up. Wait a minute. Somethin ain't right." The only thing he can do right is make Kayla scream out in ecstasy while at the same time scolding Nick to stop peeking around the corner so that he can continue fucking Our Wife in the privacy of Celeste's home.
Why not Zoidberg?
Whooop whooop whoop whoop whop

I think this alone was a red flag. A conflict of interest, or as we call it, a "coi". Maybe it's because I've worked in the public sector before (academia and health care) where this shit really matters and people would get fired or even sued over pulling such obvious nepotism hires.
But again, I have the gift of hindsight and only listened to a few of his streams as background noise. I started being active here after Hedonism II's tripod arc. That's mainly due to a singular defence he gave me on stream when discussing MTG being swatted. I felt the need to defend him on something that really didn't matter. In the end, it was something I substantiated to. I scraped his IG follower list where Balldo's Gate eventually discovered Ricardo and Romaine in plain sight.

Though, he probably propped his shitty expensive camera on the St. Andrew's cross he brought there. ;)
Iirc people didn't see the Ty/Nick connection as a conflict of interest because Nick pretended not to know Ty at first. Think he even went so far as to pull up and read the law firms website.

Under the latest Stallyn19 clip of Aaron.

Does Nick not have a court order to not contact Aaron? (Or even discuss him publicy?)
How is commenting under clips of Aaron's content not blatantly violating the court order?

They got Aaron sent to jail for things SOMEONE ELSE said ffs.

I hope Aaron is filing every single fucking comment with the courts as a separate violation of the court order.

Nick, look at how Hasan Piker willfully electrocuted his dog live on stream and has all his simps sweeping for him. Are you going to let him show you up like that? You need to one-up him by firing up the webcam, have Kayla wear a shock collar like a Twitch thot, and shock her.

These were the top YouTube search results for "twitch shock collar" prior to the roach event:

The last one even has a retard participating in the depravity while wearing his special helmet. Nick, are you actually going to let a microcephalic Turk and a sped come out ahead of you in the livestreamer degeneracy Olympics? Order a shock collar and a cattle prod, and get Our Wife™ in front of the camera. I don't really approve, but if your daughter wants to do a line of coke in the background at the same time, you'll certainly get "Aristocrats" style points for it.

You should know by now that the court doesn’t give a shit what Nick Rekieta does, up to and including dosing his own child from his dealer quantity stash of illegal narcotics.

He could probably set fire to Aaron’s truck in his driveway, be caught in 4K and still walk away.
