they claim to be protesting in favor of miners, but then they talk about how few people this really affects, and how it's already being addressed. as said in the NMA response, OSHA does have masks and respirators that are rated for silica dust, and because we aren't seeing an increase in the rise of this disease in other places silica is still very common, it's easy to understand if you have the capacity for critical thinking that these respirators probably work.

Jones was very vocally anti-George W Bush during the 00s, which made him a darling of the left as he was one of the few people who was able to speak out against the wars and the Bush administration without being shut down. He was also the dream of a major liberal radio personality after Air America crashed and burned.

Granted Alex at the time was still hiding his true power levels for the most part, but Jones has admitted that a lot of the genuine crazy crazy only came out AFTER he turned down Obama's thirty pieces of silver and lost a chunk of his liberal base, due to him daring to hold Obama accountable for his bullshit and Obama declaring Jones public enemy #2 behind Glenn Beck of media types he wanted destroyed.

During times of crisis, great men on many sides stand up to take advantage of them. The ones that win are the ones we celebrate as Great. That doesn't mean the other men weren't exceptions of exceptions. I don't think Germany wouldve been in the economic situation they were in to fight three world empires at once without him. I don't think anyone else could've done what he did politically. There's a reason every serious politician secretly reads Mein Kampf. He was a genius political strategist. He would've been political no matter what brought him there, it was in his soul to be political.

Alex Jones case was never going to be heard. Not even for political reasons—it has nothing that the modern Supreme Court would consider important enough or confusing enough or conflicting enough to warrant being heard.

I wouldn't worry about the Lee case. There is a case out of the First Circuit and another out of the Eleventh Circuit dealing with school systems that transitioned children without parental involvement. They're being heavily watched by those in the know, and the same firm is pursuing both cases.

And what's interesting to those who have followed these cases is that the First and Eleventh Circuit determined that the schools' conduct were executive action in one case and legislative action in the other, which affects the standard used to determine whether there is constitutional liability for the conduct. It's one of these little technical details that a journalist wouldn't care about or know about—because journalists are retarded propagandists who know literally nothing about anything more complex than a TikTok video—but which a Supreme Court justice would care about. Especially because, to people like Clarence Thomas (and, to be certain, a lot of other judges) the whole doctrine was made up out of whole cloth by people like Felix Frankfurter and David Souter. The Eleventh Circuit case was heard by a 3 judge panel and resulted in four different written opinions by three judges. Yes, there was a majority opinion, a concurrence, a concurrence responding to the first concurrence, and a dissent.
