I thought Hardin kind of over-egged this particular pudding. While the attempted brothel purchases obviously belong in there and cast important light on Greer's claims about his financial status, who cares whether he spends $5k, $14k or $50k on hookers? It looks like an attempt to prejudice the court against him. "Look at this man of low morals. He spends $14k a year on prostitutes. What a scoundrel."
That's a logical explanation for putting it in there, but $14k over the course of a year is hardly Ferrari territory. It's more Audi/BMW/Lexus land.
Let's use basic mathematics and some common rules of thumb (Rule of thumbs? Rules of thumbs?) to determine why $14,000 is a big deal.

One of the previous streams that Potentially Criminal did over Greer indicated that Greer claimed in one of his own filings that he was making around $16 an hour. Let's assume $16 an hour for 40 hours a week, for 52 weeks:
16 x 40 x 52 = 33,280

But since the average American seems to get around 2 weeks of vacation, let's take off 2 weeks of pay, which could be $32,000. $14,000 of that income goes to paying for prostitutes.

He also has other bills, presumably, to pay for his wretched existence. Let's take one of the biggest expenses a person usually has: rent. A common rule of thumb is that you should aim not to spend more than about 30% of your income on rent. What percent would that be from Greeeeeeeeee's income?

0.3 X 33,280 = $9,984. Alternatively, using the figure I mentioned above that accounts for him only working 50 weeks and not 52, $9,600.

$14,000 is more than $9,600. It's a lot more. It's still a lot more than $9,984. What percentage is that, though?

(14,000/33,280) x 100 = 42.06%. Alternatively: (14,000/32,000) x 100 = 43.75%. What does that really mean though?

Mathematically speaking, Russell spends more money on prostitution percentage-wise than the average American is supposed to spend on rent.

It's the principle that a man who is willing to spend more money on prostitutes than the average person is supposed to spend on rent, who also lied to the court to get the ability to avoid paying for fees he's supposed to pay for through IFP status, absolutely should have the ability and responsibility to pay for attorney's fees. It has nothing to do with it being prostitution that he was spending money on.

He's not legally a pauper (as I'll detail further below), but him being poor has nothing to do with him making such little money that he's legally impoverished (which he isn't), and everything to do that he's a freak that pays for pussy, so much so that it leaves him financially destitute, which is not the court's fucking problem...until he claims IFP to try to bypass it to fuck someone else over, then it is their problem.
Personally I don't see how Greer actually could pay since I think his income comes from driving for Lyft or Uber and probably amounts to close to minimum wage after expenses. But that's incongruous with his many public statements so it would be up to Greer to prove that he is in fact a broke bitch.
To qualify for IFP, you have to meet a numerical criteria, which is 200% of the federal poverty line. What is 200% of the federal poverty line in Nevada?

1760461633762.png

200% of the federal poverty level of Nevada is $31,300. But wait a second, my previous calculation of $32,000 (if he works 50 weeks, and not 52 weeks) is higher than $31,300. What percentage is it, though?

(32,000/31,300) x 100 = 102.23. Sure, it's just barely more than the legal requirement for IFP, but (as Potentially Criminal said), "It doesn't matter if it's barely over, FUCK HIM!"

And I'm fairly sure that the money he claims to make now is less than what he claimed to make when he filed for IFP in the first place. Meaning, according to Russell's own words, he doesn't just not meet the requirement for IFP currently, he never met it. And he should be paying for it, metaphorically speaking, as well as literally. Every day this abomination of a lawsuit is permitted to live despite numerous "Shall" statements that indicate it should've been dismissed is a gift to Russell's dumb ass, but now that gift should be a millstone that drowns him.

Wonder how he itemized his hooker expenses in the IFP filing? Either personal/lifestyle, entertainment/recreation, or medical/therapeutic.

Reminder. He said he filed IFP because he also had to file another one of his brothel lawsuits that month (non ifp) and he did not have enough money to file this lawsuit before the stature of limitations expired. It was important that he not be seen as IFP in front of the Nevada Court that he was asking to force somebody else to give him their property.

Wow Crusty spends at least $14,000 on whores each year. That is incredible. I never expected that anyone could spend that much on whores in a given year. I know Russ has to pay the Asshole Tax, but still, that is an impressive amount.

Edit:

Big problem with your math: Russ claimed he spent $14k over three years.

View attachment 8035560

So that's "only" about $4,667 a year. But it does show he didn't have a 1 year hooker phase, it's a continuous part of his life.

Ah, my misunderstanding. That is slightly more reasonable to spend on whoremongering per year.

Hilarious title, nice one Hardin.

I love that Hardin is absolutely not fucking around in the sanction reductions this time.
Make it hurt, Hardship.

The additional memorandum is good as well. "Here's all the bullshit I had to deal with because of Greer and chose not to bill my client for. Please make my client whole for part of the work I did."
I think the prostitute angle is less about morality and more about spending on luxuries. A Ferrari and Rent-A-Pusssy both fall under that umbrella of luxury.
Greer would have you believe that sex trafficked pocket-change-pussies is a constitutional right for the shit-lipped and shoulder-chipped.

How much do you think he gets payed
fucking peanuts no doubt

As for the billing hours, I wonder if there's something strategic here, but I don't really want to entirely bring it up right now save for this - billing for something the COURT asked you to do is going to be much harder to argue against, assuming it is within reason for that court.

I would say Null and Hardin's reasonableness serves to highlight Russ' foaming retard belligerence but I get the feeling that the court is not paying as close attention as we are.

When is close of business for that state? I think Greer is going to submit another last minute spergfest.
Three and a half-ish hours I think. But I'm pretty sure he has until midnight.

4:30pm Utah time. At least, 8:30 to 4:30 are the clerk's hours. He will likely file via emailing the clerk post-midnight, as per usual.
We don't even know if he realizes he's been sanctioned yet. Or if he realizes what's on the line? He doesn't read his e-mail unless it looks like something good. He operates under the doctrine of ignoring things until they become critical and then claiming Excusable neglect/retardation. It's always worked for him before. And these Judges have done nothing to cure him of the habit.

Or ChatGPT keeps spitting out how fucked he is and has gone full redit on him.

Real lawyering hours start at 11:30 PM MDT.

We don't even know if he realizes he's been sanctioned yet.
It's remarkable how little his lawsuits creeps into his main social media feeds. We'd only know by court filings or Josh mentioning an email to Hardin, and we've had neither.

I expected him to have already filed notice of appeal on the SPO/Steve sanction, instead of working on the Order to show cause. Especially with his new BFF ChatGPT on his side. Maybe he's waiting for Barlow to knock down the amount for him, but even that $1000 made him fly off and threaten appeals; there's no reason to put off his fiery denunciation for later.
