I’d rather we’d have ripped off the festering tumor that is Chinese infiltration into our society.
Neither country would do well in a full separation at this point. But we should be making it top priority to remove our dependency on them. Unfortunately, it seems most corporations are just hoping to ride out 4 years of Trump then start business as usual again.

Right now we're in a situation where the U.S. could, but won't, decouple with China within Trump's term. China, on the other hand, is probably somewhere between 5-10 years from being able to decouple from the U.S. If the U.S. decouples from China before it's ready, China collapses and goes into another century long warring states period. If China reaches independence from the U.S. economy, it's going to crush the U.S. into the dirt. It's literally an us or them situation, but no one in corporate power wants to see it that way (or is paid off). It doesn't have to be a zero sum game, but China's mentality makes it one, and it's unlikely to change.

All of this is performative, just to make themselves feel good. None of it has helped anyone they claim to want to help.
It's not about helping the illegals directly. It's about convincing moderate Catholics that being anti-illegal immigrant is sinful. Just another case of globohomo masquerading as divine authorities to make people act against their own national interests and, arguably, God's will. And to people who are more emotionally minded, it's still rather effective.

Holy shit, it actually starts with a blacked couple. The overall messaging of the ad is just more of the same. They literally state they work to oust "anti-Israel candidates" and push for American-Israeli interests. Why even make this ad? It's on the same level of tone deaf as "you will own nothing and be happy."

The issue is a true breakaway from China today would devastate our industry in the short term, but on the other hand if the democrats somehow get their shit together and win in 2028 which might seem impossible but it's decades away in political time then they will rapidly reverse any energy in that direction.

As someone who's spent the last decade in and around US manufactured goods we have the brains to make stuff here but we don't have enough skilled workforce to instantly switch over. Society basically forces college on everyone and has spent most of my adult life looking down on any kind of craftsman or manufacturing position that isn't leadership but the money is good and we need the people.

The endless budgets we pour into colleges subsidizing people so they can get their degree in art history or propping up a 3.0 GPA black doctor over a 4.0 white one or a 4.2 asian one and arbitrary caps are why we have to import infinite jeets but we have a similar problem with not enough tradesmen. The other thing is manufacturing just isn't what it was 100 years ago we need people who have some education and training to use more advanced processes. A job that might have been mill out this part is now find out why this run of the last 500 plates are misaligned by 2%, is it the diodes firing early? is it the clamps on the cut being loose from vibration loosening hardware.? Many of these jobs require some education.

We need to as a country encourage people to go into these jobs and we need to incentivize building up factories via tarriffs and tax incentives to build your stuff here and while that is what we are doing that is something that takes years from the planning to printing out components.

It's a hard balancing act between acting too fast and really hurting our industry as it's finally starting to grow again and acting too late so the dems can just put in more roadblocks later. Shit is hard.

I neither like nor dislike Israel but that ad stirs my inner German Stephen Miller. Same vibes as when Dems use the banner of 'pro-tolerance' to push the most insanely intolerant shit you can imagine.

Maybe you're looking at the wrong catgirls

I could get autistic in my analysis of Aisha Clan-clan but suffice it to say she's an example of what I'm talking about and not a counterargument. It's a pipeline, and she's entry-level.

EDIT: grammar

You’re going to see the Israelis and non progtard Jews sending more funds to nativist and nationalist groups because they’re anti-Muslim and in that sense their interests align. The islamification of the west is not in their interests and it’s already dry bitten them hard in the ass even though Muslims are just a minority.

If my memory serves, isn't she basically a ditzy moron and not a functional adult, thus actually aligning with your point? Or am I misremembering?

Yes, that's correct. She's also highly emotional and lacks rational thinking abilities. Also, look at how comically-oversized the bell is, not to mention the size of the eyes and ears. The tits are basically just a red herring.

Okay, can someone tell me why are there border disputes between Pakistan and Afghanistan?

Unfortunately, in my experience your typical gooner type often likes that sort of thing.

That further feeds into my point. The modern gooner is a product of anime, at least in part. It's a whole industry devoted to curating a pliant and exploitable base through a variety of triggers and sexual dogwhistles.

I'm SURE there's a thread or several for it already, and it's not really that relevant to US politics so I won't sperg about it here, but... yeah. 100% man, we're in agreement.
