assaulted by an Antifa rioter that [Portland Police Bureau] officers refused to arrest, despite Daviscourt pointing the alleged assailant out and tracking her for over a half hour.

Angelita Morillo:
In a nearly three-minute video posted to her Facebook account, Morillo offered ways people could “protect” themselves in response to President Donald Trump
deploying the National Guard to Portland to defend Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities.
“Your phone? You should consider this a tracker and a listening device at all times,” Morillo said
in her video. “With your phone, they can track your location. They can see who you met with. If you happen to organize with a bunch of different people and you all took the bus to the same secure location, guess what? They have a pattern of who you organize with, who you talk to, and how long and why.”
So as to impede criminal investigations, she advises Antifa goons to buy burner phones with cash.
She also warned viewers about facial recognition technology, which had been
used by the FBI to track down Robert Jacob Hoopes, who is accused of injuring an ICE officer earlier this year.
Covering the lower half of your face isn’t good enough, the councilmember advises.
Morillo and other council members are reportedly working to
expand Portland’s sanctuary policies to further limit cooperation with ICE.
With the city government openly on the side of criminals and foreign invaders, you can see why Trump had to send in the National Guard.

Riding around on a bicycle naked is an all-purpose neoliberal tactic that has also been wielded against those who provide Americans with the energy that makes everything except bicycles go:
Portland first started hosting naked bike rides in 2004, as cyclists protested the high profits enjoyed by oil companies in Oregon. Public nudity is a legal form of protest in Oregon.
Other jurisdictions restrict public indecency, but you can’t expect that in a state that would elect this shitlib governor:
