I think it also addressed citizenship in that there are rights and responsibilities that should come with it. We give away precious citizenship to those who happen to have been born here by illegals. They have have no stake in our future, nor do they have any love for our institutions. They don't respect what we've been or what we will be. They don't earn the right to be citizens in any way. If something takes effort and commitment, it's far more precious and must be defended.
