She is aware that nearly everyone who was born pre-2010 or so speaks Russian in the Baltics? Of course she isn't. Hell, Russian-speaking peoples are still one of the most plentiful groups in the Baltics despite Estonian efforts to kick them all out.

So, to sum up, in Latvia (the nationality topic of her post), nearly 80% speak Russian. In Lithuania it's 63%. In Estonia it's 39%. A Baltic man speaking Russian is not at all uncommon.
