Paramyotonia congenita is a disorder that affects muscles used for movement (skeletal muscles). It is entirely possible that she has a medical fetish. It's not unheard of for people to get off on medical attention, drawing unconsenting doctors and nurses into it by asking them to examine you.

There was one guy here in the UK who got banned from every hospital in the country because he'd ask nurses to put surgical masks on him and would get gigantic boners. He was so obsessed that he would move house every so often because he would get banned from all his local hospitals, so they banned him from all of them. I think he was the first person to be banned from the entire NHS:

It says right there paramyotonia congenita stiffness typically appears right after exercise. Given that factor, how in the world would Vicky know she’s got it?

Look, I also took out loans in college for living expenses. There was no time when "part of" my refund came later than any other part. This is just bullshit, she thinks she can get away with it because most of the people who follow her don't have or need student loans.

The only student "loan" she ever took was from the bank of mom and dad. That's how she affords "homelessness" (posh hotel rooms, etc) in Manhattan.
 
I believe entirely that she's maxing out her loans to whatever extent possible. She will then turn around and say she's permanently and totally disabled, so we'll all have to pay for those loans.

Her stories are really the public service, her way of giving back to us all with the gift of laughter.
 
A couple three things:
1) generic zyrtec is $10 from Walmart
2) doctors can write a prescription for OTC medications in situations like these. It's almost like...this isn't a vital medication for her.
3) I can't overstate how many opportunities there are for financial and other help for the truly needy and infirm in NYC. It's quite suspicious that she isn't getting everything she needs that way.

Good chance she's lying about the Zyrtec and just wants to buy dinner, but given her level of retardation, it's also possible that Vicky simply doesn't know that Zyrtec and cetirizine are the same thing and has no idea that generic medications exist. Why would she have to? She's not a poor.
 
She used to spend hundreds on having pharmacies compound OTC medicines like zyrtec because she claimed to be too allergic to something or other in the mass produced versions. I don't recall the exact figures but it was hundreds of dollars a month I'm sure. She will still be playing at this grift but will have downsized how expensive the special version of hayfever medicines she needs.
