Has there ever been any new terms invented or popularized after "social media" and "smartphones" going huge that hasn't been annoying?

Niggercattle and goyslop are both pretty good terms, though the first one was invented by St Terry of TempleOS himself so of course it would be an instant classic.

I worked out that yesterday the Eminem and Dido song Stan, is MOST LIKELY to blame for my generation and Gen-X'ers, for using 'Stan' in place of 'Fan'...

Damn nigga, really? Just yesterday?

Yes. Seriously. I purposely stay out of touch with slang.

I suppose, but I figured everyone knew what Stan was, it was fucking everywhere when it was released. First time I heard someone refer to themselves as a Stan unironically I was weirded out because nowhere in that song is Stan a good guy or good person to emulate. "I love my favorite rapper so much I will kill my pregnant girlfriend if he doesn't write me a letter".
It's actually more of a song criticizing Eminem's own biggest fans.

These fucking psychos would excuse the Bjork Stalker saying "he's just passionate!"

Madonna's stalker was shit scary, too. And the nutter who stalked Scali's (Michael Chiklis') wife (in The Commish). The Stan thing? I never made the connection. I disconnected, or, again, never bothered making the connection in my brain, 'cos the song, to me, is too "cool" and fucked-up for nerds and college cringelords to use as a slang word that replaces a standard word in their vocabulary.

"Your truth" as in "speaking your truth" or whatever. Something either is the truth or it isn't. People don't have their own version of it. It raises the alarm to me that someone's spinning a narrative in their own head and treating it like it's objective fact.

"You need help" - used by libtards when someone disagrees with them
"Islamo-leftism" - attempt to distract people from real creators of leftism (first politburo members, every single of frankfurt school scholars, etc)

Entitled. Just because I decided to snark back at you for being needlessly critical and petty, and you're older and "wiser", doesn't automatically mean that I'm a vapid airhead who you're secretly jealous of, and you can't handle that I'm unusually emotionally more mature than a stereotypical young-un.

What are you throwing your rattle out of the pram over: me being prettier and younger, or is it more that you see a "boy" telling you to fuck off and let me get on with my job?

Half of the Tiktok-birthed trends for short videos. Where the person in the video is:
  • Waggling their eyebrows and pointing at text. In a single-digit second video.
  • Making stupid faces "reacting" to something, that's all.
  • Split screen ADHD videos talking about whatever with unrelated runner game footage or 5-minute crafts video chopping blocks of sand in half.
  • Lip-syncing some 5-second Spongebob quote.
  • Duckfacing and lip-biting where it becomes apparent in the first two seconds that the whole purpose of this ten-second video is "look at me I'm hawwwwwt right?"
Death to social media attention whoring.

"situationship" I've mainly seen it used by low to mid 30 year old women to describe being dumb enough to get used and manipulated by fuckboys.

It’s AAVE for don’t contradict me or I will get violent.

Yikes - Previously a fun word used to exclaim fright in comics or cartoons, now used by pathetic, weak morons who get offended by opinions that don't match up with theirs.

I forgot to add "dogwhistle" to that long list of Current Year terms. So you know how SJWs like to make up convoluted BS motives for why the "privileged" do stuff they don't like? Seems "dogwhistle" is derived from that. Of course, SJWs can also use "dogwhistle" to claim that "wrongthink" is meant by an otherwise non-"wrongthink" term or action.

"X has entered the chat". Just stupid, I don't care for it along with all the other pithy shit terminally online losers love to say. Some nerd sperged out on me in an Instagram thread (I mostly follow cat-related accounts because kitties lower my blood pressure and never fail to make me smile, don't judge me too harshly) because I said third entries in film franchises are almost always garbage, and he snarks back with "Return of the Jedi and Return of the King have entered the chat" along with some ranting I didn't really bother reading because what's the point? Fucking fanboy faggots. I guess he missed the "almost always" part.
