Look, I have my beefs with Netflix. We all do. As far as queer inclusion goes, they could stand to be a lot better. But the reality is that letting the far-right win this one battle could wind up destroying queer media.
If Netflix caves and removes all of their LGBTQ-positive content and cancels any upcoming LGBTQ-positive content, the far-right won't be satisfied. Instead, they'll move on to Hulu. And Prime. And AppleTV. And any other streaming service that doesn't capitulate in advance. Then, they will go after them all for employing or contracting queer people at any capacity, be they creators or actors.
After that, it's on to YouTube, Spotify, and Audible, where indie queer productions are currently allowed to live and thrive. And so on. Until there's nothing left.

I think we can currently not transplant a uterus or a prostate + vas deferens reliable for that and artificially creating them in vivo seems pretty impossible to do. Wasn't there some medical case back in like the 80s where EMT workers immediately stopped working on the patient once they realized he was trans? Ah, okay, it was Tyra Hunter in 1995.
