I think it's mainly coming from Trump himself. He's got great instincts about what resonates with most people, and he's a natural showman. The difference between Trump and most politicians is that Trump gets the common man. Most politicians, Democrat and Republican, are fake and gay. That's why Trump was able to mow down a whole field of Republicans in the primary when he first ran.

What districts do is they say they are providing special education to students so they can continue to receive funding for it, they throw the "special education" kids in one room with a babysitter, and use the money for other stuff.
