"Ambiguous genitalia" just means an abnormal penis/scrote or labia, there's no such thing as a true hermaphrodite or some mystery third sex that is "coercively assigned upon" by surgeons at birth. You are either a female with stuff going on or a male with stuff going on. Like she said in the line right after what you quoted, "it only exists in the sense that “intersex” is a colloquialism for disorders of sexual development". You could say that an intersex infant was "coercively operated on", but the doctor didn't assign them a gender they pulled out of a hat.

This person seems slightly less delusional, but no less autistic: he's complaining they say "transgender" in the Problems list instead of "transsexual," or "history of gender dysphoria."

He could easily send a message via the patient portal he's using to read these and say "hey can you change it to 'transsexual' thx." Guarantee the doctors are just trying to document and move on and not get yelled at by trannies.

Most of the shit troons do they would be seethingly mad about if anyone did it back to them. Imagine calling a tranny an inseminator, or a body with a prostate. The most common operation carried out on the genitals of infants (well, apart from circumcision, I guess) is to correct hypospadias. That's where the pee-hole that is meant to be at the end of the penis comes out somewhere halfway up instead. It only affects males. They're not intersex. They'll probably end up pissing on the floor like most men, but at least give them a chance from the start.

It's the medical establishments fault, for using words like "vagina" and "vulva" and so on. They deliberately use female terms for male anatomy, a deliberate and psychologically manipulative move.

I firmly believe lots of these dumber/more deluded trannies actually have it in their heads (like this one) that they are "fully transitioned to female" -- they believe it is possible and they have done it.

Who put this goofy idea in their head?
Surgeons after money, who will say whatever the patient wants to hear to get their business.

Years later, they're confused when doctors (the same profession!) call them transgender.
Didn't this same profession promise them they could be women? Didn't they jump thru all the surgical hoops required?

That makes this off-topic and I apologize for derailing, and this will be my final sentiment about it, but I wished to make my stance clear: intersex people are unfortunate victims of a surgery-obsessed medical establishment and could not be further removed from the loons who willingly have their genitals mutilated and who abuse and crybully everyone around them.

I was coming out of a Safeway the other day and I had to pass a 30-something woman ASSERTIVELY collecting signatures for a petition. As I walked by curious what she was on about, she said in an flurry something like “excuse me ma’am, will you help keep boys out of girl sports and make schools be more accountable to parents?”

I replied with a disgusted “fuck no”. And also, LOL. Not every day I get gender affirmed by a raging TERF! I wasnt paying attention to my voice as I processed her words - I kinda hope I dropped into male range and gave her a surprise as I passed.
