It's his wheelhouse.

Honestly I don't understand why he's never used that and his expertise to try and tackle the housing market and property. It's one of America's bigger problems.
Because it's probably one of the sectors where he isn't very much aligned with the average American, Real Estate developers arnt in the "make real estate affordable" camp.

Wish he was, he could do a lot of good but I think he's trying to tackle it with interest rates and curbing inflation instead of doing anything that would lower the value of homes.

I love how Trump gets sharp as a tack when talking about real estate development.
Autism comes in many different forms. John Browning was a one man small arms revolution.
Walt Disney was a visionary of animation processes and, later on, public space design.
Henry Ford would shape mass production and the automobile industry.

History is shaped by great men with weird proclivities and fascinations that, through will, Providence, or society, used them for constructive purposes.

Now we have lost these mechanisms for shunting odd but clearly talented people into socially positive niches so now we have a surplus of troon game devs, bread tube video essayists, and speed runners doing nothing but bitching about capitalism while accruing disability to fund their autistic hobbies that benefit nobody.

He is tackling the housing crisis, but instead of increasing supply by building Kowloon Walled City like leftists want, he’s lowering demand by deporting people who shouldn’t be here.

Grandpa Trump is taking a massive shit in the UN General Assembly :story:
It started with "the only thing the UN ever gave me was a broken escalator and a broken teleprompter" And got better from there. Iran looks unhappy too, and that one colored bitch from Germany.

Why are the Russians all filming with their phones?

Its definitely not a Teleprompter speech for sure. Its entirely off the cuff and a bit rambly.

An assortment of clips from President Trump's visit to the UN General Assembly:
Upon the President's arrival at the General Assembly, the escalator right in front of him broke down, forcing him to walk up the stairs.

President Trump takes the stage at UNGA

"I don't mind making this speech without a teleprompter — because the teleprompter is not working... I can only say that whoever is operating this teleprompter is in big trouble."

"One year ago, our country was in deep trouble, but today, just eight months into my Administration, we are the hottest country anywhere in the world — and there is nobody even close."

"America is blessed with the strongest ECONOMY, the strongest BORDERS, the strongest MILITARY, the strongest FRIENDSHIPS, and the strongest SPIRIT of any nation on the face of the earth. This is indeed the Golden Age of America."

"Our message is very simple: If you come illegally into the United States, you are going to jail, or you're going back to where you came from, or perhaps even further than that."

"In a period of just 7 months, I have ended 7 un-endable wars... No president or prime minister—and for that matter, no other country—has ever done anything close to that, and I did it in just 7 MONTHS."

"After ending these wars and earlier negotiating the Abraham Accords, everyone says that I should get the Nobel Prize — but for me, the real prize will be the sons and daughters who live to grow up because millions of people are no longer being killed in endless wars.

"The U.N. has such tremendous potential... for the most part, at least for now, all they seem to do is write a strongly worded letter, and then never follow that letter up. It's EMPTY WORDS—and empty words do not solve war. The only thing that solves war... is ACTION."

He has, it just doesn’t get much press because it’s boring. There are whole sections of tac code designed to get people to build and use property.

I am starting too feel the heat all the way where I am. Not sure if its for how hard Trump is roasting them or how mad the audience has too be right now. Also, never heard a stream of thought speech at the UN before.

An assortment of clips from President Trump's visit to the UN General Assembly:
Even more clips:
"In the event that Russia is not ready to make a deal to end the war, then the United States is fully prepared to impose a very strong round of powerful tariffs... But for those tariffs to be effective, European nations would have to join us in adopting the exact same measures... they have to immediately cease ALL energy purchases from Russia."

"As we seek to reduce the threat of dangerous weapons — today, I'm also calling on every nation to join us in ending the development of biological weapons once and for all. "

"Not only is the U.N. not solving the problems it should—too often, it is actually creating NEW problems.... The United Nations is FUNDING an assault on Western countries and their borders... The U.N. is supposed to STOP invasions—not CREATE them and not FINANCE them."

"Europe is in serious trouble. They've been invaded by a force of illegal aliens like the world has never seen... and because they choose to be politically correct, they are doing nothing about it."

"Where migrants have violated laws, lodged false asylum claims, or claimed refugee status for illegitimate reasons, they should in many cases be immediately SENT HOME... We have to solve it in THEIR countries, not create new problems in OUR countries."

"In 2024, almost 50% of inmates in German prisons were foreign nationals or migrants... In Switzerland, it’s 72%... When your prisons are filled with so-called asylum-seekers who repaid kindness with crime, it's time to END the failed experiment of Open Borders."

"Once we started detaining and deporting everyone who crossed the border, and removing illegal aliens from the United States, THEY SIMPLY STOPPED COMING."

"To every terrorist thug smuggling poisonous drugs into the United States of America, please be warned — we will blow you out of existence."
