Unpopular opinion here, as much as everyone calls Chris a rapist, but I believe the incest was consensual. There is absolutely no way in hell Barb wasn’t tested for rape, and whether the charges were dropped or not, Chris was never charged with rape. I feel like people who were close with Chris during the Financhu Crisis were also saying that Barb faked acting senile for sympathy, especially when Barb is a known manipulator and forced Chris to cuddle and sleep with her. Consensual or not, doesn’t make it any less disgusting though.

Families drop charges all the time when the prosecuted. is one of their own. Just because she didn't proceed to press charges doesn't mean it didn't happen. Rape can only be charged if there's a victim. Incest can be a victimless crime as it is in this case, but it's still a crime.

It was brought to grand jury will where they were convinced this is a waste of time and resources (a lot of phone calls were coming in about the case) , just give him a group home and therapy, and he could never go back home.

It's not asked here but remember, if your charges are dropped, you're free back to your normal life. If all charges were dropped, then why can't he go back to 14blc? There was a deal made in sure of it.

I don't think Chris can consent legally, he just seems a little too disabled to consent, but that may just be me

Probably because most times women raping men isn't taken as serious as men raping women and because she's a known manipulator.

Prosecutors have discretion over what charges they feel like bringing.

A deal can't be enforced after a charge is dropped. He's been to 14BC, just isn't living there. I think someone said that in one of his livestreams he mentioned how he liked living in Big Island.
