Take notice that on August 27, 2025 a petition was filed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services in the Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to have Z.C., aka Z.A., DOB: July 27, 2024, declared dependent-neglected. Such declaration could result in the juvenile’s continued removal from your custody and placement in the care of some suitable person, agency or institution.
An adjudication hearing on this matter is scheduled for October 14, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at the Juvenile Justice Complex, 8th Division, 3001 W. Roosevelt Road, Little Rock, AR., 72204, phone: 501-340-6700. If you desire to be represented by an attorney, you should immediately contact your attorney so that an answer can be filed for you and he may appear with you at any hearing. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may obtain one by contacting Legal Services or requesting the Court to determine if you qualify for appointed counsel.
Putative parents take notice that pursuant to Arkansas state law, you have the right to:
(A) Know the methods of establishing paternity. You can establish paternity by:
1. Proving that you were married to the mother of the child at the time the child was born;
2. Presenting an Acknowledgment of Paternity that has been properly signed and filed with the Arkansas Department of Health, Office of Vital Records; or
3. Proving that a court of competent jurisdiction has entered an order declaring that you are the child’s legal father.
(B) Prove that you have had significant contacts with the herein child.
(C) Be heard by the Court.
NOW, unless you appear and defend or otherwise respond within thirty days from the first date of publication of this notice, the Petition may be taken as confessed, and a decree entered and granted.

The late August date that some of you mentioned was right! Kim posted the video of Zooboomafoo in the hospital with 4 seizures on August 21st and she posted the below on August 24th. The public notice was posted this past Sunday. I love that for Kimmie!!! I have some other screenshots and shit that I'll post over the weekend but nothing quite this satisfying or earth-shattering.

Edit - why does it say Zooboomafoo is also known as Z.A.? Where did the A come from?!

Clarification edit for the noobs (welcome to the funhouse): the kids' names are Aidean and Zaidean. Aidean is pronounced like Aiden and Zaidean is the same but with a Z. Zoboomafoo is just a nickname that we call him because Zaidean is a stupid goddamn name, even if it isn't modeled after his brother. Even worse is his neglectful slut whore skank mother calls him Daedae.

Can anyone well versed explain? I see it looks like both kids are mentioned but sounds like only Z was taken? It sounds like A is the “juvenile" respondent and so included but Z was the primary focus?

Also why is Dalton respondent but Kim defendant? Is that because she is the "primary caregiver"?

I'm not clear on how DHS forms and such work, so I would appreciate it. If I'm reading this right, someone (the potential dads and such) have 30 days to step in, does that seem to jive?

Re: Where Z.A came from, what were the last two dudes Kim's been with lately last names? Maybe she pretended to give Z one of their last names when she took him in on the 21st?

So my understanding (keep in mind I’m not well-versed in the intricacies of family law), it sounds like this applies to Zaidean based on the DOB. It sounds like the state is petitioning to potentially terminate parental rights based on him being a neglected dependent.

I may be off. IANAL fwiw. I’m just happy the kid or kids are out of her grasp. From her TikTok, it looks like the blonde dude is back, along with some white girl reverse body dysmorphia.

I don’t usually support government sticking their nose in people’s business, but this……. This is fucking celebration worthy.

ETA: Kim doesn’t have legal custody of Aidean. Maybe they took him away and don’t need to file a public notice as she’s NOT his legal guardian?

This is really and truly the best news today! Thanks so much to @VinegarPussy and probably also to the mandatory reporters at the hospital!

I think @deputydogshit2.0 may possibly be right: Kim doesn't actually have legal custody of Aidean-- something VinegarPussy raised in the report-- so the paperwork that was issued for Zaidean wouldn't be legally relevant in Aidean's case. We haven't seen either child, have we? If Kim hasn't shoved them on camera to do degenerate TikToks, then they're probably both removed from her care.

It is so good to read happy news for once.
 
This is the best thing I've heard in weeks. I suspected it, since we haven't seen the kids in her trashy TikToks, but the confirmation is literally pleasure overload. Zaidean still has both Kim and Dalton's fucked up genes - let's not forget that Dalton was adopted by a seemingly nice family - but he'll have at least a chance without them. As for Aidean, I guess this means that Kim really didn't have custody or something. Hopefully they took him somewhere where she can't get to him, although I'd say his chances are probably worse overall than Zaidean since his most important formative years were spent in Kim's orbit within the Sammieverse (on top of having both Kim and J.J.'s retard genes).
 
I honestly cant keep up with Dimberly lately. Every day between hours of eachother shes swapping these 2 dudes. Justin the blond and Cameron the dark haired dude both buddies or used to be. This is the same day.
