project 2025 was basically a "here's what we'd like to see in america" document made by the heritage foundation

The project's policy document Mandate for Leadership calls for the replacement of merit-based federal civil service workers by people loyal to Trump and for taking partisan control of key government agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Commerce (DOC), and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Other agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Education (ED), would be dismantled. It calls for reducing environmental regulations to favor fossil fuels and proposes making the National Institutes of Health (NIH) less independent while defunding its stem cell research. The blueprint seeks to reduce taxes on corporations, institute a flat income tax on individuals, cut Medicare and Medicaid, and reverse as many of President Joe Biden's policies as possible. It proposes banning pornography, removing legal protections against anti-LGBT discrimination, and ending diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs while having the DOJ prosecute anti-white racism instead. The project recommends the arrest, detention, and mass deportation of undocumented immigrants, and deploying the U.S. Armed Forces for domestic law enforcement. The plan also proposes enacting laws supported by the Christian right, such as criminalizing those who send and receive abortion and birth control medications and eliminating coverage of emergency contraception.

It's been wild to see leftists cry "Kimmel was fired for criticizing Trump", when that's just demonstrably not what happened. The head of the FCC flat out said why he was going after him, because Kimmel blatantly lied to his audience and said the shooter was MAGA. The finger wagging and umm acktchulley's that he was "calling out the right for politicizing Charlie Kirk death before we knew the facts" is laughable.

Especially even if that is what he meant (it wasn't), it's irrelevant because they were fucking right. So either it was a statement intentionally worded to device the audience into believing a lie, or it was a poorly worded statement that's completely asinine and spread misinformation. Either one is a firable offense.

He wouldn't even have to leave TV. All Kimmel would have to do is get a cable show. The FCC only polices network television, which is why you can have nudity, sex, cursing, graphic violence on cable TV stations, but not on network TV. MSNBC, CNN, HBO, etc. could hire Kimmel tomorrow if they wanted, and Kimmel could keep spurging.

Project 2025 is basically a conservative wishlist document that covers practically every aspect of the current administration. Read through some of the document myself and it's filled with good intentions but Trump has really failed to execute it. It feels pretty clear that he's been meandering about completing some objectives that happen to overlap with the project.

Addressing the image: Jimmy Kimmel's suspension was due to implying the shooter was MAGA on the same day the charges and initial evidence against Tyler Robinson were released. It was pretty clear before then that he was on the left but when the charges were released Kimmel no longer had the wiggle room to make a maybe he's right-leaning "joke". The company def did it because they wanted to comply with the administration as a sign of good faith but it's definitely riled some feathers.

The Heritage Foundation has been pumping out a document like "Project 2025" for many years. They did a similar thing in 2016 for Trump's first term, called the "Mandate for Leadership." There is one for 2012 called Saving the American Dream. It was never something that Trump had to "execute" - it's a wish list of what the Heritage Foundation wants, and some of it is Trumpian while much of it is not.
 
So as I understand it, it wasn’t just the monologue that pissed off the FCC. It was the deceptive editing in the clip that accompanied the monologue. The clip is the Rose Garden interview where Trump appears dismissive of Kirk’s death. That’s entirely edited. The combination of the two is what pissed Trump and the FCC off.

It’d be like how Null wants you to mark AI shit as AI shit here. Because it can trick retards. I think people like @CaliforniaRaisin thought it was just the comments. It was the totality of the opening. Kind of like the 60 Minutes interview with Kamala where here retarded answers were edited to give a false impression (seriously watch that and the unedited version).
