I don't believe the other side should get censored for critiquing Charlie Kirk or any conservative figure. That's perfectly fine.

However, in the case of Kimmel, I don't think lying in front of a million viewers is good at all. And specifically a deliberate lie. There's a reason why news anchors & reporters use specific language such as "alleged" when describing these cases. Because making an outright statement could be interpreted as presenting the information as fact. And that usually leads to a network getting sued to hell. You can get mad at the FCC over this, but it is kind of necessary to prevent retards from lying and making themselves look like a fool in front of a live audience.

(I know you've mentioned that you were talking about the jobs, but I thought I'd include it in this post just to get it out of my head)

As for the people getting fired, I've thought about this for a few days, but I still think it's a good idea to discourage unhinged behavior. Again, it's not a problem if you're critical of Kirk & his worldviews. You don't need to feel sympathy for him or his family, or feel like he was worthwhile to this world. But being an unhinged faggot where you actively call for the killing of other people, and being gleeful about someone's death, should be actively discouraged.

If the standard is that I can't go around shouting "NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER I HATE TRANNIES TOTAL TRANNY DEATH", or going up to someone and telling them "I'M GONNA GET PEOPLE TO KILL YOU" in public without facing some consequences for it, then the same should apply towards people actively encouraging others to assassinate other people. You'd be asking people to walk all over you otherwise if you don't apply the same standards made. I'd encourage people to do the same to someone on the Right calling for the death of Kamala or Bernie (or any Leftoid political figure), and people who deliberately cheer on awful people like the Christchurch shooter.

Free speech assures you are not punished by the government for speaking openly and brazenly. You cannot be jailed, imprisoned, or killed by government actors for speaking your mind..
