Sure but I think releasing a song titled "Charlie Kirk Dead at 31", and making tweets saying "something big will happen tomorrow" or "be careful what you say online" moments in advance kind of implies you *knew* it was going to happen for real and that it wasn't all talk. There is a case in Canada of two girls who planned to kill their mother and they were open about it with their classmates. People knew, but they didn't know they would actually do it until they did when one of them casually told a guy after eleven months and they were finally arrested along with the close friends who helped them to plan it all and who later confessed to get lighter sentences.
I guess it's really hard for people to really believe someone you know will actually kill someone even when they say they will. Everybody hates someone enough to wish them death, but not everybody does it.
