If anyone here knows someone who works for Square Enix in the US, and might feel unsafe in their workplace because of people like Kate, please direct them to the information in this post:

tl;dr: If someone reports an unsafe work environment to OSHA they are obliged to investigate, and it can be done 100% anonymously. And yes, feeling threatened over language like this absolutely counts and is actionable.

I heard that you can report people that work in the same place as you that are celebrating Charlie's murder to OSHA, saying (truthfully) that you're fearful for your safety in your work environment. That means that they're obliged to investigate. And doing it this way means it's much more likely for there to be serious consequences for those people, rather than simply talking to HR or to the higher ups or anything internal like that. And more importantly, it's anonymous!

Not only can they get fired but there can also be legal...

Not to powerlevel too much, but i have heard cases from my mom where her friends have refused to send their kids to college because "its a cesspit of flith". And this is in a sandnigger adjacent land where people's idea of flith is partying and casual sex. i can only imagine how much worse this is in murica where aside from the deviancy, you also have the double whammy of leftist bullshit infesting the populace since the 60s to boot.

People on “both sides” tend to avoid doing this because it might incur more severe legal repercussions. If it can be construed as an actual threat-that gets around first amendment limits and the Feds can throw the hammer at them.
