PSA:
I heard that you can report people that work in the same place as you that are celebrating Charlie's murder to OSHA, saying (
truthfully) that you're fearful for your safety in your work environment. That means that they're
obliged to investigate. And doing it this way means it's much more likely for there to be serious consequences for those people, rather than simply talking to HR or to the higher ups or anything internal like that. And more importantly, it's
anonymous!
Not only can they get fired but there can also be
legal consequences for them, depending on the severity of the things they have said!
Obviously don't be niggers and abuse it with bs or false information. Don't ruin it for everyone.
But if you got people like that in your workplace and you
genuinely feel threatened by them, you need to do this, for your own safety.
To make it clear: You need to work at that place. It's not something just anyone can do from anywhere they want. Remember that
lying to the government can get you in serious trouble! Don't be retarded!
But if you know someone who works somewhere potentially unsafe, you can try contacting them and letting them know that OSHA can protect them. And if they choose to, they can report whoever is making them feel unsafe in their workplace.
Website:

Phone: 1-800-321-6742 OSHA
E-mail, fax or in person at a local OSHA office.
Contact OSHA. Select the "
Report Unsafe or Unhealthy Condition" option. Tell them about the despicable comments that this specific person has made (I don't know how much evidence you need to provide, if any?), and that you worry for your safety working there because of this person.
If you care, you need to
request that your name be kept confidential from your employer. They don't do this by default, I don't think. You need to specifically request it!
I heard that sometimes your request can be more effective if you sign it with your real name. So if you don't care about anonymity, that might be something to consider.
Personally, I don't think the risk of retribution, considering the kind of demons we're dealing with, is worth it, so I would recommend to just request to be anonymous and not take the risk.
Important: I'm not a lawyer, this is just what has been relayed to me. I'm just passing it on. I cannot confirm any of this myself. If someone else who knows more about the law and how OSHA works could confirm any of this, that'd be great.
