I would like more people to understand that this event is no mere political debate. Its not a matter of if conservatives or democrats are responsible, that is ridiculous. Its the case that Charlie Kirk was killed in cold blood, having difficult conversations, on a college campus. Its not his death that moves me. Not the blood that sprayed from his neck wound. Its the killing of the ideal of good faith conversation. The idea that you should be afraid. That a person can and should be liable to violence for his opinions on matters of politics
