Remember that unlike states like Russia, Iran, and the DPRK. When you get banned from SWIFT you get banned from global banking these guys definitely don't have the finnical know-how to set up accounts in the EU and even then the US would begin to get very aggressive with the EU if they were successful long term only chance is some random bank account is countries that may close at any time.
