Observation. My apologies if this has already been said.
Charlie Kirk's killer must have thought Charlie's ideas and movement would die with him. Well, instead the killer has ensured the survival, if not the growth, of Charlie's ideas and movement for a very long time to come.
It is far easier to kill a person than an idea. If that were the case, Nazism would have died in 1945 and Communism would likely have died with Brezhnev. Yet both ideas are still with us and will be for the foreseeable future. Yet some ideas do fade away, due to their own actions or lack thereof, such as BLM, which corrupted themselves off intelligent people's radar screens.
As things stand, Turning Point will grow and someone will take the reins on Charlie's behalf. Actions will be taken in Charlie's memory, and possibly also Irina Zarutska's memory. The martyrs are here now and for a very long time to come. The opposition to the left will strengthen, hopefully in a peaceful manner. Expect to see many jobs lost by those who posted/said vicious, evil things.
A side effect of all this, sadly, will be that the division in our country will only get worse. We've been two nations within one country for some time now. The distrust only grows. Very hard to believe anything conciliatory regarding Charlie Kirk's assassination and Irina Zarutska's murder said by any Dem. They simply cannot be believed; they love the criminals and their ilk.
On a happier note, the main GiveSendGo is almost $815K.
