Absolutely agree. This is how lots of high profile manhunts go down. They keep a tight lid on what they do know, and only share what they need the public to know until they're ready to pull the snare. It keeps the perpetrator in a state of uncertainty and keeps them clueless about whether they even have the trail. Could be wrong, but with all the pics, they probably know exactly who theyre after.Oh they got to know who this fuck is. I'd like to think they are playing the game of letting him move thinking he is unknown so he makes contact with people they are watching so they can find him. I'd be shocked with those types of photos being leaked that he hasn't had a 100 people call the FBI saying they think they know who he is.
They've got the weapon, and they've got footage of where he laid down, and where he hung off the roof before dropping to the ground so the odds they have DNA is exceptionally high.
If I were the FBI, I would want to have the suspect think he is unknown to avoid a suicide scenario, and capture him unawares. I think it is a priority to have him captured alive and any ploy to do so is warranted; the man has to be taken alive, tried and made to suffer for his crime.
