Kind of off-topic autism but having pored over the report myself and having many professional Poker friends, there's no shooting I can think of that glows less than the LV one. Old guy who makes his money outplaying the CPU in video Poker with nothing to live for trying to get a high score just because he hates humanity is extremely believable to me; I could see some of my Poker friends doing it if they were misanthropic cunts. The body of evidence was enormous and realistic, and glowies could've killed way more people if they wanted to but the fat old guy's arms got tired. I'm sure the FBI could stage a lot if they wanted, but there was so much evidence, empty alcohol and trash in the rooms, tons of furniture rearranged, the sheer amount would be unnecessary for a staging since they could've left half as much evidence and it'd still be realistic, and plus I don't think the administration was competent enough to have less than a 0.1% chance of getting caught, which would already be high enough not to be worth it.
