Is political violence acceptable? Is it hypocritical to gravedance on tranny suicides and then get upset about gravedancing on political violence?

And also, yes. Tim Waltz is responsible for the murder by proxy for allowing Minnesota to fall as bad as it is. Waltz is a genuinely awful and disgusting governor and I’m happy every day he didn’t become vice president

>TOTAL TRANNY DEATH. TOTAL KIKE DEATH. TOTAL JEET DEATH
>KILL ALL OF EM
>Wait what (PERSON I LIKE) died? How DARE you make fun of... *checks notes* a political assassination?!
>TRANNY SUICIDE GRAVEDANCING IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!! DONT COMPARE THEM CHUD!!!

You shouldn't kill people for speech. I think you should be able to make fun of whatever you want though.
You can find it funny that a pro-2A guy died in a school shooting while also thinking that he shouldn't have died in the first place.

My stance is that this isn’t a random school shooting, it was a targeted assassination. At that point, irony goes out the window. If you advocate for knife ownership, and then someone intentionally stabs you specifically and in public, that isn’t irony, it’s premeditated murder for political reasons. There’s a big difference.

In my view if I wanted them to die Id give their suicides the desired reaction.

Its a lot like Randy Stair and other such shooters. He wanted his rampage to inspire fear and reverence, by mocking him we deny him that and discourage others from the same.
Could work for school shooters, but I'm not sure about people that just jump off a bridge.

no violence like this not acceptable. moral fagging and pearl clutching gravedancing cus your favorite podcaster died is hypocritical its done here all the time to other people
have some integrity and quit being fruits
the dark irony of wearing a shirt saying freedom as your neck is blown out by a riffle for practicing freedom of speech while debating about mass shootings and gun violence is not loss on me
his final words being "violence" the guy hes debating replying "great" at the exact moment hes shot
the tent with the words "change my mind" over his corpse its almost theatric and unreal with how it all happened

How is it disingenuous?

Are you fine with the people talking about Charlie Kirk's death saying that Trump or Kirk were responsible by proxy?

It’s disingenuous because with conveniently left out that the post in question, your primary evidence to back your point, has a note from the forum staff clearly condemning the comment. It’s disingenuous because your big evidence for “we would be okay if it was someone we disagreed with” has clear evidence that no, we wouldn’t be okay with that

It’s not irony when it’s a deliberately planned attack. Why don’t any of you people realize that? This isn’t a random killing, this isn’t collateral damage. This is someone who deliberately went there to murder him publicly and waited for an opportune moment. It was a manufactured moment, not irony.

i said people on here celebrated it, i didn't say that everyone here celebrated it

This has been a thing for a while here but it still amazes me how often users here will gleefully dehumanize one population before shitting & wailing about the dehumanization of their population. I doubt very much will change for the better as American political discourse continue to devolve into “my side is holy & good while your side is satanic & evil”. My advice is to become jaded and morbid.

I would rank a school shooting of children worse than killing Charlie Kirk. At least Charlie Kirk was able to live to 31, a bunch of children has barely started their lives. Both types of murders are also symptomatic of severe societal dysfunction.

The reaction to Kirk's murder is definitely worse because there is a bunch of people who think he deserved it and very few people think children deserve school shootings. Many of the people who want him dead also find humor in his death too. I don't want to lump in the psychos with people who make edgy jokes for non-murderous reasons.
