Precisely. I’d bet everything I own that it’s a local. It was (literally and figuratively) scoped out ahead of time. I’m not saying it was a college student, but that’s someone who had this whole thing planned to a T for weeks or more in advance.

But “individual who wears dark clothing and can make a shot at 200 yards” includes just about every hobbyist range shooter and hunter in the SLC-Provo area, an area known for hunting. So doesn’t exactly narrow it down in the slightest.

And its a major metro too, so he could just as easily be gone on the interstate. The FBI could easily miss him in the initial sweep because they're focused on the state borders when Wyoming is right there.
