Featured on Sep 10, 2025 by Null: Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), was assassinated during a Utah Valley University event. FBI states they have video of the shooter but no further details are public.

Charlie Kirk was shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on Wednesday.

Bystanders report seeing Kirk shot near his neck during a Q&A with students.

A suspect is in custody, according to a UVU alert sent to students. The campus is on lockdown.

Multiple reports currently say Charlie Kirk made it to the hospital and is currently stable but the extent of his injuries and likelihood of recovery isn't currently known. He is in critical condition.

Woke up to the news today, I never really listened to his talks but he seemed like a chill and well mannered debater compared to a lot of other louder and overly dramatic political commentator activists out there. It's so shit that someone like him just goes out like that in that way in front of his family.

No one deserve to die for just having a different opinion, may he rest in peace ❤️

You don’t have to be a high level spook to evade the police. Look at Dorner, or those two Canucks from last year who were on the run for weeks. Or fuck, Luigi. Once you’re away from the scene of the crime, it’s a lot harder to get pinned down. Especially in more rural states like Utah. If this fuckers out in the desert or mountains they’ll be a bitch to catch if they had a modicum of a plan.

Wouldn’t be entirely surprised if this is some vet or former LEO though. Like McVeigh but without his license plate fuck up

It’s even more heartbreaking when you see the very recent video of his daughter running up excited to see him after he was interviewed. Yesterday caused me to hate the anti Christ even more than I already did.
 
I'm just gonna say this outright, even though I know I'm being ragebaited by these newfags. If you're happy, if you're celebrating, if you're in any way feeling positive about this killing your politics are irreconcilable with what this forum stands for. I know "freeze peach" has been run into the ground so much it hardly even feels like a real phrase anymore, but it's serious. And for the record, I don't mean you have to be conservative to engage with this site. I don't even agree with half of what Charlie Kirk stood for politically. It's about more than that.

This is a guy who engaged in open debate with fairly moderate, right-leaning cuckservative politics. The guy was a Glenn Beck follower for fuck's sake. If someone like that can be killed for their opinion, for expressing a belief in a way that invites and welcomes response, then we are no longer living in a modern first world society. We no longer have the safety of the modern age where men can express opinions without threat of violence. And if you support that, if you support the end of that freedom, you don't belong here, a place that gets persecuted day in and day out by big tech and governments around the world. You're either a hypocrite who just wants your political sports team to win, or an accelerationist. If you're the latter, you are what's wrong with the world today.

The most infuriating post I read ITT was that he shouldn't have expressed his opinions at all, then his family would still have him. I hope nobody here is actually so willing to bend the knee and bow down to threats of violence so easily. You should always have the courage to stand up for what you believe in, even if I or anyone else here disagrees with you. And likewise, you should always have the right to respond to someone's opinion.

Right after the news broke that Kirk was dead, the first thought in my head was a) his 3 year old daughter & wife were there and watched their father/husband violently die by his jugular vein being blown open by a gunshot, bleeding to death on the spot. and b) the fact that my best friend Parker was there in person, less than 20 feet away and witnessed this all go down, on top of the commotion of everyone running, screaming, and confused on if they might be shot next. I believe my tears were a natural, uncontrollable human reaction.

But when it swings in their own direction, the left and the right go into pure triumphalism. They assume they have now achieved the Thousand Year Reich or the Thousand Year Socialist Republic.

This never actually happens.
