Featured on Sep 10, 2025 by Null: Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), was assassinated during a Utah Valley University event. FBI states they have video of the shooter but no further details are public.

Charlie Kirk was shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on Wednesday.

Bystanders report seeing Kirk shot near his neck during a Q&A with students.

A suspect is in custody, according to a UVU alert sent to students. The campus is on lockdown.

Multiple reports currently say Charlie Kirk made it to the hospital and is currently stable but the extent of his injuries and likelihood of recovery isn't currently known. He is in critical condition.

We had race riots and the National Guard basing out of football and baseball stadiums, bombings every week, riots every week, the country still hadn't got over the president being assassinated 5 years earlier, and the biggest public figure in the country got assassinated, and then the assassinated president's senator brother who was running for president got assassinated, and we were ears deep in a big land war 8000 miles away. It was a lot worse in 1968

I don’t think this point can be stressed enough. Kirk’s entire thing on college campuses was taking with people because he thought “when we stopped talking with each other, violence happens.” He was so inoffensive. Even killing someone like Crowder makes more sense, because he’s at least an obnoxious asshole who doesn’t seem to act in good faith. Kirk was just a dopey, friendly guy who went around debating people to try to stop exactly what happened today.
Words fail me in describing in the irony of that. The message it sends is unmistakable.

I'm concerned that the absolute failure of the FBI and cooperating agencies is broadcasting to other psychotic freaks that they could do something like this and get away with it. We are in serious shit if they can't nab him in the next 24 hours. I hate the federal government but they need to do their job here.
