Charlie Kirk was shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on Wednesday.

Bystanders report seeing Kirk shot near his neck during a Q&A with students.

A suspect is in custody, according to a UVU alert sent to students. The campus is on lockdown.

Multiple reports currently say Charlie Kirk made it to the hospital and is currently stable but the extent of his injuries and likelihood of recovery isn't currently known. He is in critical condition.

There's shady stuff going on here. The number one thing that bugs me is the possibility the people arrested were pastys that took the heat to distract from the actual shooter. Maybe even spotted the shot for him.

I don't really use socials but my wife does, and she's sworn it off for a while because her feed is absolutely full of shitlibs passive-aggressively condoning it without condoning it. "Violence is never the answer, buuuuuuuut he said mean things and he supported gun rights, so he kind of deserved to die" is the vibe in summary amongst all her liberal friends and coworkers

There's people here posting screenshots and Twitter/Reddit/forum threads that are more of the same, if not just straight-up gravedancing

For real though, rest in peace, I feel terrible for his family. Those poor kids are going to grow up with every faggot sadistic leftist who thinks the "correct opinions" are a substitute to an actual moral compass trying to jam that fucking video in their faces at every opportunity. I hope they end up with a video of the shooters public execution to respond with

When did we start living in an age where we expect a killer to be identified and found within hours? There is a sea of footage to go through and a sea of prospective suspects that will emerge. There are cameras and there will be more footage to view from nearby places of business and homes. This takes time. If the shooter took reasonable precautions then it is going to take some time, it’s just a fact.
 
I have a child. The thought of then seeing me die is horrible and unthinkable.
Leftists don't have kids they just have cats and groom other people's kids. They can't theory of mind understanding how horrible this is.

I will start by saying. I didn't like Charlie Kirk but this wasn't right. I can think of a lot of people who deserve a bullet more. Unfortunately even after this I don't see much change coming (for the better). His body will just be added to the pile. Another causality in the political war. I feel for his children most.
This event makes me worry boys and I offer this thought: The West cannot maintain this path. We cannot keep watching people die and do nothing. Eventually this pot will boil over and when it does. We will all pay the price. Is this the beginning of a war? Doubtful. But, there will be. Just know where you stand boys when the bread and circuses finally stop.
