Featured on Sep 10, 2025 by Null: Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), was assassinated during a Utah Valley University event. FBI states they have video of the shooter but no further details are public.

Charlie Kirk was shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on Wednesday.

Bystanders report seeing Kirk shot near his neck during a Q&A with students.

A suspect is in custody, according to a UVU alert sent to students. The campus is on lockdown.

Multiple reports currently say Charlie Kirk made it to the hospital and is currently stable but the extent of his injuries and likelihood of recovery isn't currently known. He is in critical condition.

My memory of discussion of those instances were all pretty much "dude what the fuck?!" no celebrating. Closest snark I remember was some people suggesting the guy that assaulted Paul Pelosi was actually a gay prostitute that he'd hired but was hopped up on meth.
 
Another roof sniper? Regardless of me agreeing or disagreeing / liking or not liking Kirk's actions and beliefs, that's quite an impressive shot if the distance and accuracy is to be believed. Israel confirmed I guess?

A lot of people fail to understand that with more policing you can lower gun crime drastically. Presence is a contributor but if you have the ability to investigate and recover things from house robberies, drug networks, etc. a whole lot of illegal gun crime goes down. Then it's just a matter of actually treating the mentally ill like they are mentally ill and not fragile troons and shit.

I just heard that come up IRL.

Yeah, they were widely talked about with the Minnesota lawmakers being another mystery box shooter situation from what I recall. Those two were Dems, but they also voted against giving migrants healthcare. Pretty sure the shooter worked under Walz for a bit and there was heavy back and forth about him being a carryover from the previous governor and how involved he was with the VP candidate. The main thing for Dems to latch onto was the shooters list which I believe included some pro-abortion subjects.

Fuck…It’s hard to keep track anymore as you have the media approved story and the Kiwi story which run different courses.
