Figured I’d update as I’ve noticed some positive changes and not too many other guys got the surgery I got. My left boob was significantly larger than the right and because of that I’ve had lots of loose skin + stretch marks, but as time has gone on the skin has been bouncing back very well. I posted recently about how my right nipple was stuck on some scar tissue and after massaging at least once or twice a day, it has already been improving. I stopped wearing my medical binder around 4 weeks because I just moved into college and it was far too sweaty/ inconvenient trying to wash it every other day, but I’ve had no issues and the swelling I have has stayed consistent. I had a long spout of dysphoria and have moments of feeling ugly/ as though I made the wrong decision getting IMF as opposed to DI, but I know I’ll love it once I’m fully healed.

I had double incision without nipple grafts on March 26th 2025. Healing was off to a rocky start but now it looks pretty good minus some hypertrophic scars( which is odd since I usually never scar ) It was my first surgery so I was nervous but it went great. Dr. Helen Cappuccino at Roswell park in Buffalo, NY was amazing. Her and her staff were so friendly. The anesthesiologist was hesitant with me at first since I have COPD (never smoked in my life just my luck I guess ) but after a 5 minute nebulizer treatment I was carted off to surgery. I'm so happy with my decision in doctor and I can't recommend her enough! I do not do scar care since I can't afford any of the scar gel or bio oil. I also moved states two months after surgery so I didn't exactly take it easy.
This is a result I actually don't consider too bad within the context of the thread, but serves as an excellent example of how top surgery as a goal for TiFs often seems incongruent with what natural male bodies look like. elle as été retirée depuis le temps..ce qui fait que j'ai perdu de la longueur..je mesurais 27 cm de longueur avant sur la (photo 1)
maintenant je suis entre 24 et 25cm photos (2 et 3)..et celà me convient parfaitement je suis heureux avec une raille ainsi..j'étais demandeur de grande taille..mon chirurgien était à mon écoute de + il as dis que mon dos était large donc il as sû réalisé mes besoins et attentes..
je vais avoir bientôt la réduction de circonférence le 30 septembre +d'autres choses prévues..

Got my SP Catheter taken out a couple days ago! A few days ago I noticed this separation between my scrotum, when I got my SP Catheter taken out they didn't take note of it so I assume it's no biggie, but how should I care for it?
