JEAN SEX is a really amusing name.

There was a murder case I recall where the police staked out the brother of the victim at a restaurant and took the straw he used to get dna tested.
LISK/Gilgo Beach killer was busted by DNA on pizza crust in 2023. Definitely possible.

Some of you probably remember Stephanie Turner, the female fencer who refused to compete with an MtF tranny and caused a big uproar. In response, USA Fencing was eventually forced by the Trump admin to change their standards and only allow biological women to compete against each other.

How did the great state of Minnesota respond to this? By spitefully abolishing the entire female division to force all the women into mixed events of course!
The USA Fencing Minnesota division announced plans to only sanction mixed-gender events moving forward in response to new policies that prevent biologically male trans athletes from competing in women’s competitions.

USA Fencing changed its policies to ensure that only biological females are able to compete in the women’s category last month after the entire U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) updated its athlete safety policy to suggest compliance with President Donald Trump’s “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order.

Now, the Minnesota USA Fencing division is going out of its way to ensure that every single event it sanctions will allow biological males to compete against females in response. The division’s announcement criticized USA Fencing’s new policy as “harmful.”

“The Minnesota Division would like to confirm our commitment to inclusion and acknowledge the harmful effects of the new USA Fencing policy as guidened by the USOPC’s guidelines,” the announcement began. “The recent changes in the USA Fencing policy, in line with USOPC guidelines, has caused pain and confusion in the entire fencing community.”

Right side of history btw.

It's considered abandoned. That's at least the justification for totally bypassing the Fourth Amendment.

Why transgender athlete believes she will be BANNED from the Olympics despite representing Australia for eight years

  • Was blocked from playing AFLW
  • Has played for Australia in handball for eight years
  • Fears her sport could be the next to ban trans athletes

A transgender athlete blocked from playing AFLW is now fearing a fresh ban that would stop her from representing Australia at the Los Angeles Olympics.

In 2017, transgender footballer Hannah Mouncey was ruled ineligible for the AFL Women's draft under the league's gender diversity policy, which assessed physical attributes such as strength, stamina, and physique.

The AFL said her inclusion could have an 'unreasonable physical advantage' over other players, a decision that drew criticism from advocates who argued it was discriminatory.

Mouncey, who had previously represented Australia in men's handball, was later allowed to play in state-level women's competitions, including the VFLW.

Now, the 35-year-old has returned to her first love, playing handball for Australia with a view to represent her country at the Los Angeles Olympics.

Mouncey made her debut for Australia’s women’s national handball team in late 2018, competing at the Asian Women’s Handball Championship in November.

International federations, including Asia’s governing body, have welcomed Mouncey, with positive responses even from teams in conservative countries

She remains an integral part of the Australian women’s handball team which hopes to qualify for the LA Olympics in 2028 and then gain automatic qualification for the Brisbane 2032 Games.

However, Mouncey doesn't expect her dream to come true, expecting rising anti-Transgender athlete sentiment to slam the door shut on her.

'I expect to be banned by the end of the year, if I am honest,' she told the Sacked podcast.

'It seems like that is where they are going at the moment, they are looking probably at a ban across the board, and not just for trans athletes, but intersex athletes. They will be forced to compete in the men's competition.

'But I am playing for Australia at the moment, I have played for the Australian women's team for seven or eight years now, and I have had no issues really at all, especially from overseas.

'I have been very open about it with the international federations, they have been fantastic, the Asian handball federation has no issues at all.

'I have competed in the Asian championships and had no issues and no other teams I have played against in those competitions have ever raised any concerns or issues at all.

'It is the exact opposite, and from countries where people might be more conservative. I have had such positive responses from some of the girls from Iran and Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.'

Mouncey believes bans by FINA and World Athletics indicate her sport may be next to exclude transgender athletes
Just before the 2016 Rio Olympics, the IOC updated its policy on transgender athletes, permitting them to compete in the Olympics and other international events without the requirement of sex reassignment surgery.

The International Handball Federation updated its statutes in February, 2024, permitting the inclusion of transgender athletes.

'The IHF tolerates no discrimination of any kind against a country, private person or groups of people on the grounds of racial origin, gender, language, religion or politics,' the statutes read.

Despite that, Mouncey continues to face opposition to her inclusion in the Australian Women's Handball team.

Canadian William Allen, who was born a man and lived 30 years as a transgender woman before de-transitioning back a man, has been a vocal opponent.

Australian media personality Lucy Zelić and Giggle app developer Sall Grover have been strongly opposed to transgender women competing in women's sports.

In June 2022, FINA, the international governing body for swimming, introduced a policy that effectively bans most transgender women from competing in elite women’s events.

In March 2023, the IAAF - now known as World Athletics - announced new regulations that ban transgender women who have gone through male puberty from competing in elite female track and field events.

Despite fears of exclusion, Mouncey remains a key figure in Australia’s women’s handball team’s Olympic qualification plans
Which has made Mouncey feel that other sports are next, including her own.

'The fight is hard. What makes me good as an athlete is also the thing that's probably my downfall outside of that, and that is I can't walk away from a fight,' she said.

'There is pressure from a vocal minority and we know that FINA has banned trans people as has the IAAF. There is huge pressure from the United States government as hosts of the next Olympics. And they are very anti trans anyway.

'But I think the evidence in this is that if there was this problem of trans people having an unfair advantage, we would know it by now in the results. But we don't have it.

'There is obviously a fairness element to it, and I am a big believer in that there has to be restrictions there. I have always advocated for that.

'But where the IOC is now where you need 12-24 months of hormone treatment is spot on as someone who has been through it.

'I started hormone treatment after we got back from Qatar to try to qualify for the Rio Olympics and in November 2015 I squatted 200 kilograms, benched 150kg, cleaned 140kg.

'Within 12 months everything had dropped by two thirds across the board. My quad had gone down to 60 or 65, my bench had dropped to 50.

'People don't understand that it is because you lose testosterone from the body and that has an impact across the board.'

I have to wonder if we’re going to get the environment that allowed Lia Thomas again since all the results and especially any injuries sustained has generated mountains of resentment toward the idea, or if it’ll be restricted to true believer strongholds and the only acts of defiance will be things like the only cheering when the trans athlete leaves the first place platform.
We're likely to get a Supreme Court decision ruling on Title IX shutting down specifically the college sports shit going forwards. Supreme Court decisions are more effective and longer lasting than just executive orders.

And I'm pretty sure it will be that Title IX means what it actually says and has nothing to do with troons.

He won’t get into the Olympics held in LA because Australia won’t qualify. The only time I can recall Australia competing in Women’s Handball at the Olympics was when they were held in Sydney Australia, in 2000, when both the male and female teams placed in last place. Holding the Olympics grants a country automatic inclusion in all events, so they will field a team in 2032 in Brisbane.

AB Hernandez strikes again. After last weeks forfeit, two more Californian Schools are forfeiting games against him.

Trans volleyball player sparks chaos in California as two more schools take action and FORFEIT games in protest.

The presence of a trans volleyball player in California has sparked chaos as teams continue to forfeit games against Jurupa Valley High School.

AB Hernandez helped the Lady Jags to an unbeaten season and a championship last year, and also recently claimed gold in the high jump and triple jump at the state championships, much to the dismay of furious rival parents.

Now, the current season of women's volleyball is spiraling out of control after two more teams forfeited their game against Jurupa Valley due to the presence of Hernandez on the team.

Fox Sports are reporting that both Rim of the World High School and Orange Vista High School have pulled out of upcoming games on August 25 and 29 respectively.

The news was confirmed by Maribel Munoz, the mother of a female player on Jurupa Valley's roster, who provided copies of the message sent by coach Liana Manu to the parents of players informing them of the news.

In a statement to Fox, a spokesperson for the school said: 'We understand and acknowledge the disappointment of our Jurupa Valley High School athletes who are ready and prepared to play.

'Decisions to cancel matches were made by teams in other districts. As a public school district in California, JUSD is compelled to follow the law, which protects students from discrimination based on gender identity and requires that students be permitted to participate on athletic teams that are consistent with their gender identity (California Education Code 221.5 (f)).

'This is consistent with the guidance provided by California Attorney General Rob Bonta and California State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond.

'We are proud of our JVHS Jaguars and their willingness to play any team and represent their school and our district with pride. We are currently working to find additional matches to give them that opportunity.'

The news of the latest two forfeits come after the Riverside Poly Bears also pulled out of a game against Jurupa Valley earlier this month, leaving the team's plans in tatters.

In response, the mother of Hernandez - Nereyda - attended the Riverside Unified School District board meeting to defend her child, accusing one official of 'moral failure' and 'welcoming harassment.'

'You actually entertained and welcomed harassment to my child,' she said to Amanda Vickers, who spoke to Fox News over last week's forfeit.

'You are a board member. You have an oath to protect, to support all children, not just the ones that fit your ideas, your beliefs.'

Hernandez continued: 'When you allow or tolerate targeted harassment, whether online, in person or allowing false narratives to be spread at board meetings, you are only failing morally.'

She insisted her 'daughter is not the problem', pointing the finger instead at 'coordinated external efforts… to spread fear and pit parents against each other using religion as a shield for discrimination.

'This has nothing to do with fairness in sports and everything to do with erasing transgender children. My daughter is a student, an athlete and a girl and she deserves the same protections and dignity as every other child.'

Another parent accused the board of 'gross negligence' and putting Hernandez 'in danger', claiming the teen has been 'stalked (and) followed'.

But there were also some who spoke in support of the Riverside Poly players, including Maria Correo, who condemned parents who encourage transgender athletes to play in girls' sports.

'Poly girls, we stand with you. Keep fighting, because these parents that support their confused child are the problem,' Correo said.

'If my child was on drugs, I would love him, but guess what? I would tell him the truth: drugs are bad for you. I would not feed him more drugs.'

The funniest part of this article for me is that the school don’t want their team (including AB) to miss games they’ve trained for, so are looking for other teams that will play them. Good luck with that. I doubt any schools will entertain that unless their teams also include men pretending to be women also. If that’s the case the trans advantage ceases to exist. I doubt AB wants to play against another male athlete.

Apparently, now if a woman refuses to be beaten up by a man, it is "harassment."

AB Hernandez strikes again. After last weeks forfeit, two more Californian Schools are forfeiting games against him.
There are now five forfeits from other schools scheduled to play Jurupa Valley High School. AB’s team mates are now crying foul about missing their final season, while ridiculously supporting AB as a “girl”. Guaranteed the school has pressured his team mates to tow the school line. May all the other teams in the league follow suit so AB doesn’t get a game and therefore misses out on any potential college scholarships. If his team mates don’t have the chutzpah to stand up against him and his overbearing mother, then they deserve to miss out on scholarship chances as well.

If AB was any kind of team player, he’d take himself off the team to support his team mates. Of course that’s out of the question for this entitled teenage boy.

Imane Khelif appeals to Cas over World Boxing’s genetic sex test decision

  • World Boxing wants competitors to take test
  • Khelif won Olympic welterweight gold in Paris

Imane Khelif has appealed to the court of arbitration for sport over World Boxing’s decision to bar the 26-year-old from its events without a preliminary genetic sex test.

A court statement said an appeal was filed by Khelif on 5 August seeking to overturn a decision by World Boxing blocking the Algerian’s participation in the Box Cup in Eindhoven or any World Boxing event until a genetic sex test had taken place.

The appeal also seeks a declaration from Cas that Khelif is eligible to participate without a test in the World Boxing Championships between 4 and 14 September.

The court statement said a request to suspend World Boxing’s decision to bar Khelif until the case is heard was dismissed on Monday. Written submissions are being exchanged between the parties, the court statement said, and a hearing will be scheduled with their agreement.

Khelif won Olympic women’s welterweight gold in Paris last summer having been cleared to compete by the International Olympic Committee, despite the International Boxing Association having banned Khelif from the previous year’s world championships for allegedly failing to meet gender eligibility criteria.

After winning gold, Khelif said: “I am fully qualified to take part in this competition – I am a woman.

“I was born a woman, I’ve lived as a woman and I’ve competed as a woman. There’s no doubt that there are enemies of success, and that gives my success a special taste because of these attacks.”

“I was born a woman, I’ve lived as a woman and I’ve competed as a woman.

Doubt. If the first statement of the three clauses is nullified, the entire argument is null and void.

There’s no doubt that there are enemies of success, and that gives my success a special taste because of these attacks.”

Dude, shut up and take the test. The easiest way to answer the haters is to prove their hypothesis wrong.

Simple as.

Not directly a tranny thing but a hilarious side effect of the issues they cause: The entire French women's national boxing team is out of the Boxing World Championships after they failed to provide proof of the new sex testing requirements in time. Apparently the tests are illegal to do in France (this is not to do with trannies specifically but part of a 30 year old bioethics law) so they waited until they arrived in the UK to do them, and surprise surprise the lab that said they could get results in 24 hours couldn't.

The French women's team have been barred from the Boxing World Championships in Liverpool because they missed the deadline for sharing gender test results.
World Boxing, the international governing body for amateur boxing, said last month that women wanting to compete in the event, which started on Thursday, would have to undergo mandatory genetic sex testing under its new policy.
Those tests are banned in France so the French boxing federation (FFBoxe) sent the five-member team to a lab in Leeds on Monday to take them.
However, the French federation said on Thursday that the lab would be unable to provide the results in time for its fighters to be eligible for the championships, which take place from 4-14 September in north west England.

"It is with stupefaction and indignation that the French team learned on Wednesday evening the French women's boxing team would not be able to compete in the first World Championships organised by World Boxing," it said.
"Despite guarantees given to us by World Boxing, the laboratory which they recommended to us was not up to the task of delivering the results on time.
"As a result our athletes as well as those from other countries have been caught in this trap and excluded."
BBC Sport has been told that France is not the only federation impacted, while World Boxing said that the fault lies with the boxing federations.
"Since World Boxing first announced its intention to introduce mandatory sex testing to determine the chromosomal sex of a male or female at birth, the organisation has made it clear that testing will be the responsibility of national federations as they have the closest links and most access to their boxers and are best placed to manage the testing process," World Boxing said.
"They also oversee the entry process for boxers so know which boxers need to be tested and when.
"It is very disappointing for the boxers that some national federations have not been able to complete this process in time, which means that some athletes have not made it through the sports entry process for the World Boxing Championships."

Under World Boxing's rules "all athletes over the age of 18" that wish to participate in competitions it owns or sanctions "need to undergo a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) genetic test to determine their sex at birth and their eligibility to compete".
Last week, Algerian boxer Imane Khelif filed an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport to challenge World Boxing's introduction of the genetic sex test.
Khelif, along with Taiwanese fighter Lin Yu-ting, was disqualified from the 2023 World Championships by previous world governing body the International Boxing Association (IBA) for allegedly failing gender eligibility tests.
Both Khelif and Lin have not entered this year's event, said World Boxing president Boris van der Vorst.
The pair made headlines at the 2024 Paris Olympics where they won gold medals after the International Olympic Committee (IOC) permitted them to compete.
The IOC said competitors were eligible for the women's division in Paris if their passports said they were female and made it clear last year this is "not a transgender case".
Boxing has undergone a major restructure in recent years after the IBA was stripped of its powers for failing to implement reforms.
The IOC oversaw governance of boxing at the Paris Olympics before World Boxing was granted provisional recognition as the sport's international governing federation by the IOC in February 2025.

The entire French women's national boxing team is out of the Boxing World Championships after they failed to provide proof of the new sex testing requirements in time.

It’s not like easyjet doesn’t fly to England a bazillion times a day. Waiting for a test on the last possible day is a failure. Especially when it is done once, non invasive, and you get to sample fine British cuisine while there. Well, maybe not that last thing.

Edit: or a train to Germany? Or a train to Belgium, etc… etc….
