Why wouldn't we? Also, as expected, no witness lists or exhibit lists from either of the respondents appeared as of close of business today, so when Nick spoke of filing them at the "appropriate time" on stream he definitely meant pulling the usual Ty Beard bullshit at the eleventh hour in the vain hope that providing as little notice as he can possibly ever get away with will somehow throw opposing counsel off his game. It would be very funny if Judge Ole, who already went out of his way to shit on the Barneswalker in an unnecessarily verbose second continuance order and who will be presiding over the merits tomorrow, gets pissed enough at this bitch move to give the petitioner another continuance to allow adequate time to review whatever lengthy exhibits the respondents eventually get around to filing, if they even file them at all.

- Because Nick violated the HRO, he violates his probation, and is whisked away to jail
The Bad:

- The HRO holds against Mapton, but Nick.

Why does Nick keep trying this? The late filing tactic has literally never worked for him and has been an actual negative at points.

Pretty sure Nick has outright said his law philosophy is to throw EVERYTHING possible at cases, no matter how trivial, unlikely, or petty.
