I hope this doesn't sound too stupid or anything, but a lot of people, including myself, noticed recently that Cobes started wearing shirts less and less, even in his final FB video he was shirtless. Of course it could just be because he didn't want to wear a shirt, but part of me is starting to wonder if it was a small sign that he was in pain during those times.

I had the same thought re: food poisoning. I had food poisoning once and it was pretty much what he described. Worst I've ever felt in my life, wasn't alcohol related. But I did have people around that eventually took me to the hospital where they gave me some IV fluids. If you're Cobes and you're alone in your trailer determined to just "tough it out," in the shape that he was already in.... dehydration becomes a real threat and maybe it was just more than his body could handle at that point.
