I too have a small hope that they take his guns but it made me think.

How is Patrick able to own firearms? Wouldn't they have been taken away after he threatened to kill his (ex)wife and unborn child? Is this just some oversight? Is there some kinda law that allows him to have them since he pleaded No Contest?

I sometimes wonder if this lady isn't letting the attention/encouragement of the Rick detractors get to her head and she's trying to force the situation.

From what we know, I don't think there is grounds for a protective order.

He hasn't tried to intimidate or angrily confronted her in person, even their internet arguments were rather mild, with her giving as good as she got, if not more so.

He also primarily argued with her after she was talking shit about him, and "you are mentally ill" or "I'm gonna sue you" was about the most abrasive he was towards her.

Maybe there are juicy private messages that support her argument, if not, there is not much basis.

I still want it granted though, because it would be extremely funny.

I can't even imagine having the patience of going through all the annoying and expensive legal bullshit because of Patrick, honestly. I'd just block him, you know he's just a miserable fat fuck married to barren lesbian, he won't do shit to you irl. Sometimes and then I start shilling (Rekieta transcripts for example, the Gilman case, etc.) I mean, I'd buy the stuff anyways, but it's nice to know that I don't have to shoulder all of the hundreds of dollars alone (Gilman case cost me ~$120, but I got some of that back)
 
the funniest arc ending for Patrick is him going to jail for violating some court order to harass/stalk some one and I hope it happens this way but would it be worth it for future lost content?
