If you cannot physically move at least your own body weight with your arms, one time, I genuinely worry that you might have a medical disorder. Even sedentary people should absolutely be able to lift their own body weight, provided they aren't deathfat or suffering a medical illness.

That's definitely part of it. How well it'll work is a different question. It'll also help fund the university system. It would be nice to have more space for American citizens. Scott Galloway has a good point in his ted talk, use technology, and more teachers to have universities offer more classes. Prices need to come down, but these chinamen are a drop in the bucket.
