Let's be clear here she knew what she was doing, she knew that she shouldn't record herself fucking random people and sell it online, but she did it anyway. Even if you argue it was all orchestrated by Solo it's not like she can say "he told me to do it" and absolve herself of any wrongdoings. People act like Solo was some pimp who trafficked her or something but as far as we know he was some remote retard who was recording skype calls during which she was having sex.
I don't think that it should hang over her head for the rest of her life but let's not pretend here like she was just some poor little victim in all of this.

Destiny taunted the thread by posting a picture with Rose wearing one of his merch shirts. Whether she's ordering directly from his website or he's sending her one in the mail, he would need to at least know her address. He might have known her name at the time too. When he posted that picture, I thought the implication was clearly "I know who and where she is you dumb faggots lol you don't know shit."
Why was he (supposedly) investing so much time and energy into finding this girl - including by distributing child porn to his brain trust - when it seems like he already had sufficient info to find her easily? Is there an answer to this?
Is it possible he *did* actually find her first, and he didn't like what he found?

He could go through his sales, find probably the one person in Illinois with a feminine name ordering his shit, and he's got her identity.
I just don't see how it's possible - whether she ordered it herself or destiny sent her one - that he wouldn't have already had her identity.

It's really baffling that he couldn't find her with the info from the merch sale. The only things I can think of are: a) they don't have direct access to the customer data because fulfillment and payment are outsourced to a third party, or b) a friend of hers bought it for her.

Just adding this here in case any H3H3 or other new lurkers are coming here. The only thing I'd add is, points 7 and 8 happened 2 months BEFORE Pxie filed her lawsuit. So he was not supposed obligated to store these videos before that point. The only way he could've made copies for the case is if he still had it, and that is AFTER he was informed by the only he knew that could tell him who Rose is that she was underage. As for the Pxie situation, I wanted to create a fact sheet for this as well. If gentlemen of the schizoaffective variety like @ninjahealer are gonna keep coming in defending revenge pornography, then let them get past this. I have a couple of images I can post, but need the rest of my aloggers to chime in with more. This will solely be about their sexual relationship and fallout.
For the Pxie/Destiny Relationship:
- Pxie and Destiny started their relationship sometime in early 2020. At the beginning of their relationship, she would establish one of the following ground rules: that they would keep their sexual relationship PRIVATE.
- As part of this sexual relationship, they had a mutual exchange of sexual videos and nudes, including with their respective partners/hook-ups. On Pxie's end, this would involve her and either her boyfriend or a guy she hooked up with a few times. There is nothing to suggest that she didn't ask for consent from her partner to send them, and she has explicitly said that she did (while Destiny has had multiple women, including his own wife, accuse him of violating their trust on that way).
- Destiny has recently said on a livestream with the streamer Foodshops, that they EXPLICITLY spoke about sharing it with their partners. This is after Destiny declared in court testimony that he had implicit consent to send it to whoever AND claimed in his manifesto that she did not have explicit consent to share it with her boyfriend (strange that this wasn't posted on LSF at any point, since it completely undermines what he's been saying about the case).
- Note for what "partner" means in this context: Given that Pxie did not want ANYONE to know about their relationship, that one of the main rules for Destiny and Melina's relationship was that she had to meet/approve his partners, and that Pxie has claimed to only sharing videos with her ex in court, there is NO reasonable interpretation that Destiny had implicit/explicit consent to share their vids with his hookups, let alone someone he's NEVER met and knew NOTHING about.
- In April 2022, around a year and a half after any recorded sexual dms between Pxie and Destiny, he begins messaging/exchanging porn with Rose, the woman who claimed to be 18 but was obviously lying (see the quoted post above).
- On April 10th, 2022, Destiny sends a video of a woman performing oral sex on him, who he said "wasn't that good" with deformed penis (google: phimosis, 4 inches, cone-shaped). That woman was Pxie. People who have seen the video in question have testified that you can see her face, arms, and breast, and that you can identify her voice. This is not contended on either side of the case.
- In March 2023, streamer and previous hookup/sexting partner of Destiny, Lav, would claim that Pxie and Chaeiry had slept with him. Pxie messaged Destiny to make sure he did not tell anyone/figure out how she might know. It is possible that he at some point told Lav some of the details of his sex life, including that he hooks up with his orbiters. Both claim that that did not tell anyone about their relationship (again, after sharing a video with her face visible).
- On November 3rd, 2023, AbbyMC would claim in a Discord message that Destiny sent her videos of Pxie and Chaeiry (context: the Pxie recordings were consensual, the Chaeiry ones are unconsensual and she is supposedly reported it to the police). These DMs are before the Solo leaks in late November of 2024, so she couldn't have known about it through there. She has also submitted sworn testimony, under penalty of perjury to the court on this, and attested to seeing the exact video that Destiny had shared to Rose over a year and a half prior.
- On November 24th, 2024, a Discord/Kiwifarms user by the name of @SoloTinyLeaks would message Destiny, threatening to leak all of the DMs and sex tapes he sent to Rose. He did not make any effort to contact any of the women he sent videos of to inform them about this (Pxie, Chaeiry, Stasia, and Melina).
- On November 29th, 2024, SoloTinyLeaks releases most of the sex tapes sent to Rose by Destiny. This leak included the video of Pxie performing oral sex on his deformed penis.
- Pxie reached out to him later that night to ask about what happened (he still hadn't reached out to any of these women at this point), and he apologized, saying that there is "zero excuse" and that he was "fairly close to this person," despite not knowing her age and name, never having met her in person, and sending the video less than a couple of weeks into messaging her.
- After these leaks, and she had sustained weeks of sexual harassment, Pxie would message Destiny again on December 12th, 2024, telling him that she was going make a big post accusing Destiny of ruining her life, and then killing herself. They would then begin a back-and-forth about her situation.
- Simultaneously, Destiny and Straighterade, another orbiter (and possibly one of the few women he hasn't tried to have sex with), about the situation, and how he might monetarily make it right. It's here he admits to violating her trust "in the worst possible way. Doesn't sound consensual, does it?
- The conversations don't go anywhere, as Pxie wanted to go a more punitive route. Destiny never had ANY of his lawyers attempt to contact Null or work through the court system. Instead, he emailed him ONE TIME to try and get it taken down. It was only a couple of sentences and he never followed up on it.
Also, someone needs to create one-stop shops for these DMs. It took me way too long to find a lot of this stuff. Someone needs to create the following posts:
- The complete Rose/Destiny DMs
- All of the Solo/Destiny DMs
- JSTLK/Destiny DMs about the leaks
- Pxie/Destiny DMs after the leaks
- Straighterade/Destiny DMs
- Erudite/Pxie DMs
- A best-of list of court motions/testimony
