Also, cool, I know blacks are dumber than average vs whites. that doesn't mean I can't enjoy a football game?
Can you enjoy it with all the bullshit being shoveled down your throat as you try to do so?

but how does that relate to the guy who just wants to watch football/basketball/etc? this is how you lose the normies.
My dad (just as an anecdotal data point) hasn't watched a professional football, soccer, hockey, baseball or basketball game since the various leagues started their "bend the knee, stop racism nao" horseshit. Turns out being lectured even for just five minutes preceding or during a sporting event on non-sport-related topics is enough to put someone off the whole spectacle entirely.

As he's said several times when we've talked about it, "there's plenty of other shit to watch that doesn't insult me for watching."

Here is a question i wanna ask, if we banned all children from the internet completely, would that improve it? Like you cannot have unlimited access to the internet until you are at least 14. It’s a question i wanna here the answer too, becuase honestly after the internet got hijacked by kids and adults pretending to be kids it just gone downhill.
Unfortunately you can't get rid of the adults pretending to be kids. And kids are generally smarter/savvier than their parents and can easily bypass whatever dumbass age checks adults try to put into place. Anything draconian enough to have any chance of actually blocking kids from accessing the network will also thwart the average adult's efforts to get online as well.

this used to be the case, but i dare you to see how long you can watch a zoomer or gen alpha use a computer before getting frustrated and having to teach them a bunch of shit we all knew before our parents even understood the internet. millennials were THE most tech-savvy generation, because as tech has improved, it has begun to do more and more things for you. late zoomers and gen alpha are as helpless as gen x and boomers with computers. it's horrifying to me.

cell phones were a mistake

You fuckign what? That's a really retarded statement right there.

you're welcome to be wrong, but this is a known issue that's been creeping up for years. the rise of machines that simply assume what you want, or give you pretty buttons to click for everything and then they do a ton of complex background tasking for you - not to mention the loss of file systems we've seen on mobile devices in recent years - has led to these little retards not knowing how to do basic shit on a computer. if it's not on reddit, tiktok, or one of their apps, they don't know how to do it.

Undermining the narrative is not permitted. Where shitlibs have subverted it, science is not about science. It is about shitlibbery
I suppose there is some beautiful irony in science which at one point was seen as the more intellectual alternative to barbaric religions has now be hijacked and effectively become a religion itself. Remember folks always trust the science.

The political genius of Donald Trump is to take common sense positions that no sane person could object to, forcing Democrats and the media to defend the indefensible — like runaway crime in DC:
Dude, the insanity of the left defending criminals and increase crime is mind-boggling to me. Trump didn't do that.

What I find funny is, the reddit fuckcars people will rejoice once more people start riding public transportation as feral nogs and homeless are getting wrangled but never utter the real reason why.

Redditors genuinely think that maga is scared of cities, but will call every small town racist because they’re aren’t that many blacks or gays. At this point with the internet you could genuinely make an argument that cities are outdated as a concept.

A few months back I recall seeing an article of the Baltimore mayor giving himself a pat on the back because Baltimore had the lowest number of murders it's seen in many years.

How strange and unusual they'd use number of murders rather than murders per capita, but it really makes sense once you look at the dropping population. They've been losing thousands of people every year for decades, such that their population has decreased by something like 40% since 1950, with the majority of losses occurring after 1970, so when you sort the numbers by murders per capita you do see that they're no better than they've been in their history.

So congratulations to the Baltimore mayor on continuing to make the city so shitty that absolutely nobody wants to move there. You also have the fact that when you have blocks upon blocks of empty, dilapidated buildings, it becomes much easier to hide the bodies of Jamal and Tyrone if they're ever so unfortunate as to have a bullet from a mag dump hit them. It has a deserved reputation, so that anyone who can leave does, and if not you're looking to get out.
I was in Baltimore a few weeks ago and more than half the city is Wire-esque boarded up trap houses. It is far and away the most devastated US city I've ever personally seen and I'm deeply familiar with such notable shitholes as Newark, Paterson, and Camden.

I think this is a cyclic thing with many societies. Need turns into innovation, innovation turns into success/prosperity and from there dogma begins.

People aren't scared of cities in general. People are scared of who inhabit the citites, and majority of the time its the worst of the worst.

I can't remember the last time I went to a city and was like "wow this is a nice place to walk around in! I love the people and the scenery is exceptional!". Maybe in my 20's? Maybe when I was like 5? Last time I went to the city was 10 years ago to see the King Tut Exhibit and the area it was in looked like shit. I just wanted to go back home the entire time.

I wasn't talking about zoomers, you tried to claim generation X was helpless with computers. generation X.. helpless with computers..

you might want to rethink that.

some gen x, particularly nerds who saw the computer revolution coming, were quicker to adopt computers than others. almost all of the gen x people i know today only know the very basics of a computer as well, though they're definitely more technologically effective than gen z. i have had to teach two family members in particular who are both gen x how to use vpns, how to find safe piracy websites, how to google things effectively, how to use LLMs to google things, and also where program files is, and how to get to it. remember, people from gen x are up to 60 years old now, and not all of them were as willing to jump on computers as the ones born in the late 70s and 1980, which then begins the overlap with millennials.

i'm sorry, grandpa, but 60 year olds aren't my go-to generation for computer expertise outside of the geniuses of the craft, who are outliers even within the millennial generation.

yeah, if you want to speak on how much of a genius you are with computers, perhaps wow me with a bit more than your ability to turn one of the most powerful devices of the past 50-75 into a glorified search box.

As much as I'm poking fun at @MetokurGroomedMe me up there (and i was just poking fun, mostly) I think it was a goddamn disaster not making the internet as least as hard to use it was in the 90s/00s. it's gotten way to easy for anyone with a cell phone to use it. Mass adoption and normalization of the internet has lead to more and more people want it censored and rendered toothless. Watched a real good documentary a few years ago that i can't remember the name of, but it's the commercialization of it, and the corporations wanting it to be a safe consumer zone for them to profit off of instead of what the old guys wanted, a place to exchange information.

It really saddens me that you have so many people who’s only knowledge of the old world internet, is the belief that it was all racist.

Allowing cell phones to have internet, in itself, is an issue.

Now you have office jobs that force you to download apps from google play store that sync up to your computer account. I''m not even talking about email apps for your office email, I'm talking straight up "we need to link your windows login to this app".

That and messenger apps, because I know the first thing I wanna do when I clock out and go home is to talk to fucking becky or john and listen to their fucking bullshit, AGAIN.
