That last sentence is 100% fact. Dude was absolutely one of a kind and nobody could be him even if they tried, because he didn't have to try, he just was.

And that's what I will miss the most about him, in the era of everyone caring so much about what people say about them online, this dude truly did not give a single fuck.

I'll miss you Cobes, you were the last real nigga on the internet and this is the last time we'll see someone who unabashedly just lives life the way he wanted to.

My uncle died of busted liver as well, shitty way to go, it's fucked up. My only comfort is that Josh went pretty quickly, so his suffering didn't last long. RIP to a real one.
 
I have done very bad things to my blood sugar, cholesterol and sodium levels this evening in honor of Cobes, not to mention the alcohol in the drink combo I made.

I decided to pay tribute and did a food hack along with a drink combo.

Inspired by Cobes' own creation, I present the sushi burger. Crafted with an In-and-Out Burger and a California Roll. I do not consume alcohol, so the drink combo is root beer and a protein drink.

The sushi burger was actually very tasty, Cobes knew what he was talking about. The drink tasted like a root beer float, so it's a winner as well.

All in all I give it a 5 out of 5. TMDWU.

I can't pretend to know the full extent that Clint was actually involved in Cobes' life, but by that same token I vehemently disagree that Clint is responsible for this. A man can make choices, wise or not, and he has to deal with the consequences. Cobra was the only man who could control his life in the end, regardless of the influence of others. You can't just foist a man on a group home and expect him to have a better life.

Cobra made mistakes, he drank too much, and he should've taken better care of himself. All that said, he wasn't some demon to revile nor was his father the cause of his death. Clint will, unfortunately, live the rest of his life thinking of what he could've done differently to save his son, but I don't believe he should. Sometimes life is just cruel and all we can do is cope and remember.
 
Did Cobra still not have a new phone when he uploaded his final video? Most people would have called 911 if they were feeling as horrible as he was and I don't recall him ever mentioning getting a new phone after he lost the last one. Perhaps the Facebook video was his only way of reaching out and it's horrifying to see that's how isolated he'd become in his final days. Social media was his only window to the outside world.

Wasn't he complaining of pain days before the final episode? This wouldn't be a big deal for a notorious whiny dude, but Cobes had the pain tolerance of a pit bull. If he was complaining of pain, it had to be REAL pain.

It's easy to talk shit on Clint, but at the end of the day Josh was a man in his 30's. Self destructive as he may have been.
I'm pretty sure early on in Josh's life he had to fight to get custody of him, and he would never abandon him. It is tragic though. RIP Cobes.

this reminds me if there is any positive here its that cobes did not die on stream like many of his alogs were praying for. now they have nothing and unless they latch on to a new victim will be faced with the realization that king cobra does and always will rule their sad pathetic lives.

Clint is a weirdo but there is no parental playbook for delusional adult ODD YouTube star with legions of anonymous fans who send money/vice/food/hatred without provocation. He might be the first nigga in the world to ever go through this.

If nothing else he kept a roof over his boys head, the heat on and the essentials paid for. He bailed him out of countless problems that would have left Josh at best on struggle street, at worst dead on the actual streets 10 years ago. A piece of shit father would have written Josh off after high school. Josh knew he was loved by his father and that meant a lot to Josh. Fuck the troles.
