for someone like moomoo (ie. big but not MASSIVELY MASSIVELY MEGA HAMPLANET My 600lbs life territory) the doctor can usually not remove that much fat at once, so if she only had lipo once so far then its reasonable to assume that she wont look super super different.

Another day, another Moomoo sighting at a cosplayers' picnic in Las Vegas! Here's an eyewitness account from her /pt/ thread:
Vegas anon that was at the picnic, she mostly kept to her friend group which I believe was J-team [Jessica Nigri] (or just her regular friends, I didn't recognize anyone besides Collette). They were under a UNLV tent and at one point they picked up and moved about 20ft away from where the main picnic was at. She surprisingly was not wearing her usual leggings but worse she had on denim shorts showing off some of the worst cellulite I've ever seen on someone her age. It must have been pretty bad since I could see her cottage cheese thighs despite be being on the other side of the picnic area. Besides that she didn't really mingle anywhere else besides her own friend group, and she left about 2 hours after she arrived. She truly is pandering to the dumbest crowd. She has been posting a lot of pictures of her mid section and of her at the gym more or less saying she's doing some "target" work out, when that's not how weight loss works. You can't just make fat disappear from one area. She's also trying to play up her loose skin and lumpy belly as abs.
