What I am saying is that the succubus does not love him. Assume for a minute that a succubus can in fact love someone (they are fictional and supernatural anyway so why not?) and love them just as much as a normal human would. Even if a succubus can fall in love and love someone, that succubus is not Anisa and she has no such feelings for Ian.

All in all, we do not know if the succubi can love but if they can, this one does not and Ian has no idea what genuine love feels like (by succubi or humans) and thus should not comment on how it feels.
