I was hoping for some fanfare due to the length of the payment blueballing and how long the judges have been sleeping at work. But I totally understand holding back if all it can do at this point is bring headache.

If Null or Hardin did anything considered to be in bad faith they would get crucified for it by the judge. Shit-Lips has literally done EVERYTHING in this case in bad faith, yet he gets every break and pass imaginable.

Null said on an episode of MATi years ago that the front page features (not the posts in the community thread, but the features on the main page) are considered statements by the Kiwifarms LLC itself, and are not protected by section 230.

Also, it is generally a bad idea to make unnecessary comments on litigation you are a party to, just out of an abundance of caution.

Please understand that the world of Russell Greee has very little in common with the one in which we live. This is a man who genuinely believed that if he sued Taylor Swift in small claims court that she'd have to appear in person and that he would be able to cross examine her.
He thinks an apartment complex is liable for his car being repossessed because of a faulty gate. He actually enacted a lawsuit against the complex over this. It wasn't his fault that he failed to make payments and ignored the loan company's attempts to contact him.
He thinks he can get town councils to force unwilling private individuals to sell him their land or hotel at way below market value because he, Russell Greer, has explained.

In short, he has an entitlement complex that makes Saudi royalty look meek.

That explains quite a bit: from the verbiage of the features to the time he prevented the audio of Patrick Tomlinson's arrest from being featured. He has to be careful and make sure his statements can be backed up in court (or have some plausible deniability behind them, like the Destiny feature.)

Not only that, but he thought that by her being their, hearing the passion in his statements, witnessing how MUCH HE CARES about her...it would somehow be endearing to her and cause her to fall in love with him. You know, instead of her finding it a creepy, troubling, and invasive waste of her time and just piss her off.

I suspect Bank of mom and dad were lied to for this. But it'll be funnier if he used a payday loan place so he gets sued again.

Rusty isn't going to get him his penis wet in a long time. I can't wait for the dismissal and costs/recouping to keep himself from drooling on hookers ever again.

I suspect the fact he had to cough the cash up probably was a huge ego blow and either burnt good graces or his fico for it but this was a LOT more damaging then the hours of work and cash gone.

I’m curious what kind of low-life is up at 2 am sending money orders through PayPal affiliates. It’s already late because it’s the next calendar day. It’s not any more on time if you wait to do it until 7 am when most people are starting their day and checking their account balances.

It’s a weird recurring theme in the case that Russell meets deadlines at 2 am on the calendar day after the deadline. I don’t know if he picks that time in particular to be as obstinate as possible while still having a skin of his teeth good faith argument for the court, if he starts what he’s trying to do at 11 pm and he just takes 3 hours to figure out really simple shit, or whether he’s on night shift and “if I start my shift on Monday then it’s still Monday if I send the money order on my shift.”

I choose to believe he’s completely fucked up his sleep schedule from gig work and he no longer understands what day it is from the time on his car’s clock. True gremlin behavior.
 
He's still in or around Vegas but, not knowing the area maybe he's making more doing drunk runs for Uber? It's a city that doesn't sleep.

The idea before he got his place him sleeping in a running rental car AC blasting at a 7-11 parking lot during afternoon is now etched in my brain and hilarious as disgusting as it is.

Also he's prone to stress (trauma lumps forgive me) he probably wakes up in a cold sweat thinking HARDIN!

Or last guess, he sets an alarm that late thinking it'll sneak under the radar because the grownups are asleep. Like how you totally don't get caught pinching your parents booze because they were in bed already.

If I had to guess on the psychological angle, 2 am is as far as his ODD will allow him to push it since he can rationalize it as "close enough" and that if anyone isn't willing to accept it, then it is just because they are against him/hate the disabled/etc... while at the same time he gets that little bit a dopamine from intentionally defying authority, demonstrating that no one can tell him what to do.

It's the ODD version of "trans euphoria", they push things just far enough that they are still within the area of reasonable doubt, but far enough that they can tell themselves they are getting what they want and everyone has to play by their terms.

In both instances it's getting off on defiance/subversion while not being so defiant/subversive that they can't potentially retreat to the "I was doing my best to follow the rule/it was no big deal/etc..." and console themselves with "They just hate me because I am trans/disabled/etc..." if they are called out on it. It's a perverse little game for them, one that they may not even be aware they are playing. Although in Greeee's case, he is absolutely aware and intentional in what he is doing.
