Thought a bit more on this and this might be a good think if it is pancreatitis.

If he gets taken to a hospital (he goes to dentist and therapist on occasion and now he is in pain) the doctor is going to just do a check of more than his pancreas; they are going to be as thorough as possible when they see how fucked he is. Bloated extremities, rotten teeth that have been left to their own devices, negligence of his own hygiene, mental issues. etc. We might not hear about what they find but it would be good for him to see just how fucked he is.
 
It won't do him any good to get diagnosed. He knows his teeth are rotten and does nothing. He knows his mental illnesses from therapy but still punches his fridge and phones. He'll just tack on any medical advice as one more reason to feel bad for himself and do nothing beyond it.

If Clint won't trick him like a dog going to the vet its just better for him to be blissfully unaware this is near the end

And what would he do about it? Start self-care? Unless someone lives 24/7 with him and constantly fights with him he's not going to ever make any improvements to his life. He literally stopped brushing his teeth when he moved out because he wanted his dad to know he couldn't make him. He suffered intense years long oral pain just to flex his ODD to his father for daring to make him brush his teeth when he was a teenager. He'll hear how he's in bad shape, not understand half of it anyway, and then deliberately disobey the orders of the doctor just because his broken brain won't let anyone tell him what to do.

The almost certain pre-beetus I would wager he's already turned into full blown diabetes also makes him more likely to get hepatitis. Having Warlord around isn't helping his chances either. He's probably the only cow that's gonna make me a little upset when he does kick the bucket. Circle of protection.

I hate to defend the weens sending him booze but at this point I feel like alcohol withdrawal is another threat to his health if he didn't get anything sent to him. I really hope he sees a doctor before it gets worse. A Clintervention may be too much to hope for.

Cobes constantly running his account into the negative was actually a sort of protection from alcohol poisoning. He never really got bad withdrawal symptoms. He'd just be left unable to DoorDash himself some booze for a few days, and he'd have to go live and pout with his arms crossed until he got enough donations to afford booze again. With faggy weens DoorDashing him cheap rotgut, he's barely been recording videos, barely eating, and drinking nonstop. He looks visibly worse this past month than he ever has, in my opinion.

I know Cobes is an insufferable little shit at times. It’s well-known he will do the opposite of what he’s told just to stick it to the troles and will fall apart instead of taking good intended advice.

However, I would him rather be told he’s falling apart for the simple reason his family might actually try and fix the little tard. He’s selfish, entitled, and delusional to the extreme but he’s one of the few lolcows who just does his thang and doesn’t hurt anyone.

Also, people like to act like it’s a hard line that he never will take anyone’s advice. We know this is not true — for example him going to a therapist, or actually going to a dentist, or getting his eyes fixed (yes, he didn’t do post care), or not drinking the fucking mead with milk, or the other little things he lets slip that people tell him is not a good idea.

I agree, he won’t do shit on his own if told he will die but his family might pressure him to try and salvage his fucked up boglim body. Hell, I also don’t think his family will actually do anything and this is just going to end badly — I just think it’s good if he gets every chance he can get before heading up the great landfill in the sky.

Could very well be alcohol poisoning too. He's been downing plastic jug vodka mixed with other alcoholic drinks constantly so he might've just had more than his body could handle in a short amount of time (Similar to when he wore the disco onesie outfit after drinking 4 handles of Fleischmann's and complained about being sweaty and hot). Regardless of whether it's that, pancreatitis, gastroenteritis, food poisoning, etc., he should be getting his guardian (Clunt) to drive his ass over to the ER because none of what it could possibly be is something you'd want to just "sleep off".

He goes to the therapist because his father forced him to after he got arrested. He has done nothing but get worse after going to the therapist and unless it's the worst therapist in existence he clearly isn't following any of his advice. He tried to weasel his way out of the dentist by pretending he couldn't find it and then obviously once again didn't do anything he was told afterward. His eye surgery was his idea btw, and like you said he still didn't do any aftercare.

A favorite memory of Cobes is when Porkney, a person who has been nothing but nice towards him, was begging him to stop doing duster because it is dangerous and she is worried about him dying. Literally in between her sentences begging him to stop he would take giant duster hits just to show her that no one can tell him anything. He would intentionally drink more on panel streams if someone said he was sounding a little drunk and tell them that no one tells Cobes what to do.. He would literally stream when the trolls texted him and told him not to stream because he is so defiant he falls for cartoon level reverse psychology.

Yes he can be forced to do things. But unless someone literally forces him 24/7 like I said, he's not going to do anything on his own. I don't think his family is going to do that. I know I wouldn't do it for him if he was my weird alcoholic cousin. Clint is the only one who really can and even then I think he's just had enough of the boy. I don't blame him.
 
I found some garlic butter flavored pretzels at the store today and got them because they reminded me of the BOY. They’re not half bad.

My personal parasocial feelings for the boy aside, it'll be interesting and dare I say informative to watch how this all plays out. It could be the start of the end, or it could just be yet another pothole in a long and bumpy road.

Despite the salacious/unsettling nature of truman styling your crumbling life like this, there has to be some value if not scientific, perhaps culturally? from watching someone drink themselves to death on camera, and being able to quibble about/pinpoint exactly when the turning back point was crossed.

Sure a lot of data is like that is already available, but it's often raw/clinical, the boy is in your face warts and all. It is what it is toobs. I don't want to see it, but I'm not going to look away either, he wanted to show us this. That being said what fucks with my head the most is his age. I keep forgetting how young he is, given his cartoonish appearance. Homie isn't even in his 40s yet. Grim stuff.

Idk how to feel about Scott, he used to try to set up Cobes with girls that didn't exist, but i maybe he felt bad for Cobes. I know that Couch Chris was a mooch, but i can't remember if Scott was a true friend or not.
