It turns out you can get blood out of a stone... eventually. Imagine being too fucking tarded to have a real bank account its mental.
Since the payment is late due to Greers ODD behaviour do you think the judge will take the escape hatch of case ending sanctions due to failure to comply in a timely matter?
The truth is most judges are extremely busy. That's probably why this shit gets dragged out so long because both the magistrate and the judge have way more important shit on their dockets to deal with.
Now don't get me wrong, both of these judges are 100% retarded for the way they've handled this case but most judges have overflowing dockets thanks to the US justice system being full of morons, retards, fools, woke activists, senile old people and many many other flavors of mentally impaired individuals.

Hell no. Imagine dragging your feet on so many things in this case when it might catch the eye of the supreme court due to the SONY suit, all while judges are facing increased scrutiny across the country to the degree that normies are starting to wonder about ways to remove them. Catastrophic lack of awareness. Why would he stop the shitshow now?
I feel it would have been more lucrative for Null if Greer hadn't paid. A buck fiddy and some change vs an end to this exhausting bullshit. Every time I see an update to this quagmire, even if it's a 'positive' one, it feel like only desperately clawing back a dignity that shouldn't have been in question to begin with. The process is the punishment. Hoping its over sooner than later so the ooperator can move on the better things.
Greer COULD have paid the sanction when it was $1,000 but chose not to, so now he's had to pay an extra $500 to keep the case going. We're back to the same bullshit as usual in this case, but Greer is out more money than he could have been if he wasn't so recalcitrant. It's the little things.
I hope Hardin's status report reminds the Court that defense has not been made whole, because actual costs were >$5000. and he's preserving the right to appeal this.
He could have not paid the filing fee, paid the $1000 sanction and probably gotten away with no further sanctions and a dismissed case. I'm hoping at least one more of the pending sanction motions stick.
(Why yes, I am collecting pretty rainbow stickers, why do you ask?)
hearing IN MAY, pending Greer's production of the Utah 2018 docs. Greer never produced them. Case-ending sanctions were explicitly threatened in the hearing if Greer refused to produce them, but the Magistrate's language was more "We might have to look at that" than "DO IT OR ELSE" which would've maybe been more effective.
I'm surprised he paid. I wonder if he did it out of fear of further sanctions or is there some deluded hope that he can somehow win this copyright case?
I figured he would do this, especially since Hardin did not immediately file the status report. Good job telling on yourself for being late and gay AGAIN, dumbfuck.
Distinctly lacking any of his usual piss whining, he did not want to file this lmao
Why is he unable to put his fucking exhibits on the same page as the exhibit number, is that the correct format?

copyright?
Even if everything goes 100% for Green moving forward. All the dismissal motions are tossed, he gets no further sanctions. He still has to figure out how to serve his two new defendants. Which will be hilarious and shouldn't cost Null very much money. And maybe, then., finally, the court will let it die.
