The quasi uniform thing was cute at first. You're the nominal leadership of a nation that is undergoing an existential fight and it makes sense to dress to reflect that. Z keeping it up when he is conducting diplomacy abroad is a faux pas that even my socially retarded ass would know to avoid.
Dressing in all black also makes you look slimmer. Maybe Zelenskyy has been indulging too many French pastries and realizes how bad it looks to be getting fat while your citizens are starving and dying in trenches.

I'm wondering if whoever issued the license could be legally liable, I would guess it would be tough to get through the courts(like everything is) but he REALLY shouldn't have gotten the license.
My guess is that he is betting on the polymarket on him wearing a suit (if you didn't know there was drama on what qualifies as a suit)
