They enforced the dress code on the Senate floor and Fetterman complied. He also is willing to be flexible with it if it helps negotiations.

I give Fetterman a pass because I think he's trying to show the Senate for the joke that it is + he's a literal caveman.

Zelenskyy is going to a foreign country to beg for money. There's a big difference between dressing up nice in your own home vs. someone else's home - especially when you're there to ask for a handout.

ICE has been pretty good at responding to the current political temperature. Hopefully after this incident in Florida they start setting up a guy at weigh stations to check language and residency. The market will flush them out real quick if they can't rely on shipments making it on time.

Gun control groups push for "gun safety classes" as a means to curb ownership. Not everyone has the time or money to take a two and half hour course. Not everyone wants to sit through a struggle session masquerading as an instructional course. Making it harder to become an instructor for instance, limits the number of classes because you've limited the number of people who can teach them.

Its one of those "reasonable", "common sense" things that sounds good on paper till you realize its being implemented by the most dishonest actors out there. We wouldn't ask a cartel to teach drug safety courses to high schoolers, why would we let anti-2A people teach/have a say in gun safety courses.

The problem is that apparently California was giving them a CDL, and thanks to the full faith clause, that means they're valid CDLs everywhere. At least until he's stopped and someone has the balls to pull it from him.

But here's the thing that will REALLY chap your ass.

He only has a CDL because the CA government is actively trying to play "who can destroy the US the fastest."
And despite destroying a landmark, he was let go to keep driving, until he killed some people flipping a U-turn on a fucking highway.

Trump shows up to everything 30 mins to an hour late, because that's how security protocols work.

Edit: Actually, seeing what he's actually wearing, he's probably going to get a "You Tried" gold star. Maybe his not-quite-a-suit is symbolic that he's willing to compromise. :optimistic:

The full faith clause should not apply to driver's licenses. Otherwise stuff like CCWs and out-of-state professional licenses should be accepted by California. California can't have its cake and eat it, too.
