A significant amount of these cases are people AFKing in the lobbies of servers that don’t have an auto kick for such cases, often people who just didn’t bother to close the client after the server restarted. It’d be trivially solved with kicking lobby players after 5 minutes of no input, but these servers only benefit from the hub listing boost so they don’t tend to care.
