Daniel isn't a very likeable guy, but goddamn if Becky doesn't make him seem like a saint by comparison.
Even if what she says is true, IUI (turkey basting) would have fixed the problem if she had no issues herself, unless it was a VERY extreme case for him. Essentially no one does IVF willingly, especially no one lazy as Becky. Therefore, it's easy to conclude Becky is either the sole cause of the fertility issue or the primary cause.
I'd be willing to bet she imagined the argument because she's angry at Daniel, then decided her headcanon is reality. Wouldn't be the first time.

Why would Daniel be worried about Becky revealing his low sperm count? I have no idea if any of my friends have low sperm counts and wouldn't care any if they did. Not such terrifying baggage, Becky, better get the rape allegations going again.

Maybe Daniel really did have a very low sperm count. Could have been why Becky went for his baby. It costs a lot more to do ICSI than standard IVF and we all know that to Becky, the true expression of how much you are loved is how much money a man spends on you!

It's pretty optimistic to think that Becky watched Hannah while Jackson gooned. I think it's more likely he would just sit at his computer and goon while he was "caring for" Hannah.
Like most of what Becky says, it's projection because she's incapable of self reflection. She's embarrassed about her own poor fertility so she projects he must be too.

To be fair, the most natural reaction of any doctor when people like Becky and Daniel come asking for help making a baby is indeed "Oh dear"; I don't think sperm count was on his mind at that point.
