I remember like 10+ years ago when this guy posted videos online of him arguing with Evangelical preachers. He did a "okay" job at it, and while he looked like a troll back then, the beard covered most of his ugly face and he'd pass as some awkward fat nerdy guy that hangs out at the Magic the Gathering tournaments.

Then he troons out and becomes a nutjob (or the other way around).

That is something I think David should start tweeting about. To set things straight and expose this corrupt judge.

I have been on this thread for years, as I met this lolcow when he still went by Dave and worked for American Atheists.
I have restarted going through the thread to find images and vids I recall so I could share since he is back in the news because of his trial.
I'm saddened that many vids were just links to vids that no longer exist or are private.
Please archive all vids. Please.:(

If Dave could be said to have a talent, it’s his ability to convince people that he’s sympathetic. Just looking at him, you can tell he’s an absolute creep, and his actions bear that out. Yet he manages to convince people that he’s a victim, because he knows how to pick his audience.

If I'm one of those Young Earth Creationists and I'm looking to defend my faith from attacks by atheists, could you do any better than trotting out the example of Dave "Danielle" Muscado as an example of the rational belief systems of people who don't believe in God and the consequences of turning your back on biblical principles. Honour thy father and mother? Fuck that.

And I say all this as an atheist. These days, I keep my lack of faith to myself. It's much too embarrassing to be associated with these Godless heathens.

I believe this may have been the case when the hysterical delusion that a man magically turns into a woman just by saying so was dominant. That is no longer the case. People are less willing to believe that lie or even pretend to believe it.

I think the jury may have been utterly disgusted to see two parents so utterly beaten down they pretend this fat criminally insane man is a "daughter" even after he's committed felonies against them.

It's kinda the Rumsfeld thing where you gotta go with the army (case) you have, not the army (case) you wish you had.

The defense attorneys I've watched have all had strategies for no-hope cases that might inspire boldness or doubt in at least one of the jurors, triggering a mistrial that the prosecution won't feel requires a re-trial.

If even that fails, at least the defendant has solace that his advocate spoke up for him in the grand context of American history.

The alphabet lobby is like a shark drawn to blood when it comes to civil suits like that. That wedding cake lawsuit from a decade ago practically destroyed the reputation of the business owners, even if the counter-suit was ultimately ruled in their favor.

Plus the Moscatos are wealthy and Jewish(?) so it’s not even a surprise to learn they’re drinking the HRT bathtub koolaid even if they’re living out in central Missouri or wherever.

The prosecution also did a good job knocking off any people who were openly biased for trannies from the jury panel. Like that one guy who thought Dave's parents didn't like him because he was trans. But at the same time, the defense also got some people who were against trannies taken off the jury as well. Trans shit didn't really come up at all during the trial past voir dire, much to Dave's chagrin I'm sure.

I mean, the placating and correcting the gender just cuts off arguments before they can happen. You can see truly brain rotted parents giving in to the trans rhetoric in other threads, take Lili whatever, Disney bathroom princess. His parents reward him with back to back cruises and encourage his behavior. Dave's parents said get the fuck out, you ain't seeing another god damned penny. Based.
