You know, I'm not one to turn my nose up at dark humour, but his delivery might be better if he tried not being a guy who constantly endangers his own kids, homeschools them to keep their neglect out of the public eye, and had his then 8-year-old daughter test positive for cocaine. He should try not doing that and seeing if anyone laughs.

Nick will Uno Reverso this and claim he doesn't want to be a lawyer. He wants to just keep saying his license is suspended just due to the pro forma CLE process and he doesn't complete it because he's too busy driving his kids to activities and taking Kayla to her boyfriends house.

But really, he doesn't do the CLE because he knows that as soon as the CLE delinquency is rectified, they'll file discipline action against him. He likes saying he's not a lawyer because he didn't complete the free, online CLE. He does not want to have to say he isn't a lawyer because he's an unethical piece of shit. I'm betting he's still mad KF farms pointed out he owed his licensing+late fee to reinstate only to be immediately suspended for CLE.

In Nick's mind, if he completes probation and just stays in CLE status, he's as pure as any lawyer that wasn't charged with a felony or had any complaints against him. "No criminal convictions, no sustained complaints"

I bet he's butthurt because his doctor said the ketamine "therapy" is just for addicts if he wanted to continue taking it but he couldn't admit he's still an addict despite desperately wanting the ketamine.

Nick isn't a fan of mutually exclusive claims.

Nick simultaneously wants you to think he was never addicted to drugs and was just having fun, whilst also claiming it is totally fine to be administered ketamine, because it aides addicts in recovery.

Nick is sketchy as fuck about the timeline as it is almost certainly post arrest. Minnesota is quite an odd place. Nick was found with ketamine, although mysteriously not charged for it and has previously admitted taking ketamine, yet somehow also had the ability to undergo ketamine "therapy" whilst under drug monitoring tests and CPS oversight.

This is the same Nick that explicitly said "if you see something you think is illegal, report it" to justify why him, Kayla, and Melton's fans could obsessively watch Aaron's show and report anything Aaron said about Kayla even in passing
